My family, I, and some friends had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for 4 days. The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had a really nice waiter, Yuri, if I remember correctly. We were at table 1 on New Year's Eve and the following days. We hope to be able to contact him to thank him personally.

We just had lunch at this excellent restaurant over New Year's Eve.
Excellent service, courtesy, excellent local dishes, and the amazing homemade panettone served with mascarpone for dessert. An infinite pleasure. Thank you. 5 stars +

Good evening,
We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for two nights, and while there were some positive aspects, we believe there is considerable room for improvement.
Among the strong points, we cannot fail to mention the cleanliness, the new and modern structure, the good-quality cuisine, the spacious rooms with large, comfortable showers. The maids were friendly.
However, we found some significant shortcomings.
*Communication* was, to say the least, lacking.
We had booked full board over the phone, but the lady at reception seemed unaware of this, claiming there was no room for the evening. (She even seemed annoyed.) Furthermore, she didn't even inform us of the take-out service available downstairs, which left us a bit disappointed.
Breakfast was *extremely poor*: frozen croissants, low-quality juice (full of sugars and preservatives), and squares of tart that might have been homemade, but in ridiculous quantities. We felt embarrassed to even order a small square, considering that a decent slice would have required at least four. (There were three.)
The heating is off, and you have to figure out how to turn it on yourself because it's off.
We don't understand how a restaurant and bar located in the center of Clusone doesn't offer freshly squeezed orange juice, instead offering a low-quality, artificial one. Despite expressing our preference for freshly squeezed orange juice (even for a fee), it wasn't offered to us, not even on the second day.
That evening, when we arrived for dinner, a young woman asked us for payment in advance before the end of our stay, a practice we've never encountered at other accommodations and which we found completely inappropriate and out of place. (We had already left a deposit, and payment is always made at the end.)
Upon checkout, we discovered errors in our bill, with unspecified charges for half-board and the tourist tax, which was also included for children under 12. Despite having left a considerable sum (between us and our friends for two nights, including accommodations and food, about €800), the staff argued over a refund of only €40, which left us with a bitter taste.
The hotel, although centrally located, has no parking, and the area is restricted by traffic, which can be inconvenient for those traveling with luggage or for the elderly or disabled.
In conclusion, we felt that the staff, particularly the lady and the young woman at reception, were annoyed by the presence of guests, unlike the owner and his father, who were more accommodating and communicative.
