The hotel is strategically located as it's very close to the city center.
The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are immaculately clean. The only flaw was that my view from the room window was of the street/San Pellegrino waters.
The receptionist and staff were very helpful.
They gave me a discount coupon for El Terme Topp.
The restaurant service for lunch with a set menu was very well managed, and the food was delicious, especially the risotto, which, being a food enthusiast, I tend to be very critical of, but I'd say it was perfect.

14/03/2026: We stayed at this bed and breakfast and were truly pleasantly surprised. Flexible check-in until 9 pm is a rare convenience and perfect for those, like us, arriving after a day at the spa.
The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast is varied and thoughtfully prepared, with sweet and savory options, including vegan and gluten-free options. The staff is attentive and helpful, ready to accommodate every request, from barley coffee to ginseng.
An excellent choice for those seeking comfort, attention to detail, and truly attentive service.

On the tree-lined avenue in front of the Grand Hotel.
Excellent aperitifs at prices you can't find anymore.

03/06/2025: We went to this restaurant and had a great time! The atmosphere is very welcoming, but the real difference is made by the owner: friendly, helpful and with a rare attention to the customer. He made us feel at home.
We ate really well, really tasty dishes.
And the final surprise? The prices, really low and super competitive for the quality offered.

Nei giorni festivi si passa invece al menu alla carta, con una buona varietà di proposte locali. Ambiente accogliente, servizio cortese. Consigliato!

Due ambienti distinti , uno per l'ingresso un po' country, e l'altro elegante, che lascia a bocca aperta .
Molta presenza di coppie giovani , che avevano soggiornato alle terme, visto che il ristorante è ubicato vicino .
Cenato con un'ottime pizze con ingredienti freschissimi ,il servizio è stato veloce e preciso , con indicazioni sul cibo proposto .
Ci torneremo sicuramente !
