18/07/2026: We arrived around lunchtime by chance and wanted to stop for something special. Unfortunately, the place was fully booked (obviously because expectations are high), so we had to settle for a beer and a strinù sandwich (a flattened, grilled salami). Sometimes you think it's fate, but I hadn't had a sandwich this good in a lifetime. Excellent meat, exceptional bread, and the setting was perfect. If I have the chance, I'll definitely be back, especially after finishing with a super-delicious truffle from Calabria. 🔝🔝🔝🔝

15/07/2026: Excellent restaurant serving typical local dishes. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and mountain-style. The dishes are truly exquisite. The liqueurs we were served were also delicious, sourced from a local producer. It's best to book if you want to secure a table, otherwise you risk a long wait.

29/12/2025: Be careful, dogs, even small ones, are not allowed in, even if you use the bar service. It's a disgrace. I have a 9 kg dog. I was told there are hooks outside... the no-entry sign is not clearly visible. So I wouldn't have entered.

12/03/2026: We ate at Chalet Paradais 3 days out of 3 for lunch. Very convenient for its speed and location. It's convenient for cross-country skiers, both within walking distance and those using the ski lift to reach the 1km slope. The restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept. It offers a variety of dishes, from sandwiches to platters. It would be nice to have bread from the bakery, so the SCHILPARIO bakery would also work, but the sandwiches, although good, come with frozen bread in plastic bags. The platter was excellent, and the beers even better. Piadina is best left to the locals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

07/12/2025: Hands down, the BEST restaurant in the Scalve Valley. An experience I would recommend without hesitation. The owners are truly friendly, kind, and extremely professional. From the first moment, they make guests feel welcomed and at ease. The service is simply impeccable: attentive, fast, and never intrusive. Every gesture conveys care and passion for their work. The cuisine is the true strength: expertly prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and flavor combinations that make each course a true culinary experience. The value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended. P.S.: They're so good that some restaurants (in the valley) try in vain to imitate their dishes.
