28/04/2026: A WOW discovery. The lady cooks everything herself, serves you at the tables and explains everything with this smile that makes you fall in love. I, a vegetarian, ate from appetizer to dessert. Everything was delicious!!!

03/05/2026: For Sunday lunch on the way home, we stopped at a trattoria for lunch and left feeling very satisfied. The staff were friendly, and the lunch menu was much appreciated. And despite having brought a bottle of wine, the value for money was excellent.

11/05/2026: Someone else, in the same situation, wouldn't have given it five stars. That's exactly why I'm giving it five stars! It's Saturday, a beautiful day with lots of people in the Upper Town. Around two o'clock, we're feeling a bit hungry and, more or less by chance, since we were right there at the time, we decide to stop inside Ol Baretì. We choose two Govi ​​salads and are immediately told that they've run out of grilled vegetables but that they can make them on the spot if we have the patience to wait about twenty minutes for them to prepare them. We decide to stop to take advantage of a break. Now, I don't know how long we waited, probably a little longer than expected, but it didn't matter because we were relaxing and didn't put any pressure on ourselves. The salad was good and the vegetables, of course, hot and crunchy, but the best part was the attention and kindness, not due or even requested, when it came to paying. I usually never publish receipts, even when I find a store over-the-top, because I find it wrong. In this case, however, I'm happy to do so because it's fair, both for the size of the discount and for the reason: I'll give you a twenty percent discount (actually, it's even more) because we made you wait so long. Beyond the discount, which is clearly appreciated, what I liked and want to highlight is their ability to approach customers and not take everything for granted or due, something that has been rare for far too long now. I thank all the guys at Ol Baretì and wish them well and good luck. Well done, well done indeed!

25/04/2026: There was a sign outside saying "Aperitivo €4 with a drink of your choice." We sat down around 6:30 PM, and when it was time to order, they told us the aperitivo food was sold out, even though the sign was still there (they tried to get us to buy platters for €15). We ordered our drinks, and not only did they bring us no food except two measly chips, they also charged us €8 for the drinks. Don't go there; despite the signs posted, they're being sneaky.

04/05/2026: The location is very well-maintained, as is the service. The dishes are simple and traditional, yet have a more gourmet and sophisticated touch. They are also carefully plated. The prices aren't cheap, but they're fair considering the high quality of the food. The entrée was also very popular. Finally, the location is excellent, as it's in the upper Seriana Valley, close to numerous trails, attractions, and routes for those who love mountain hiking.

15/06/2026: Beautiful place and excellent food. The staff were very friendly and polite. The only downside is the heat. We ate on the terrace, and it was really hot despite the slightly breezy day. If there had been fans, it would have been better. But otherwise, it was truly beautiful!

It's ideal for those who love a private setting, exquisite cuisine, and the opportunity to taste their own wines. The staff's professionalism and the manager's helpfulness are noteworthy. Finally, it's a pet-friendly location; they welcomed our Maltese dog with no problem.

10/05/2026: A comfortable place, with a Mexican feel. But I wasn't crazy about the food. The girls serving the table were friendly. The strawberry margarita was excellent, which I prefer to the passion fruit because the latter has hard seeds that crunch under your teeth. It was a fun place to spend an evening.

Not only was the staff extremely kind and welcoming, but the dishes (especially the meat-based ones) were a real treat: delicious casoncelli and tender, flavorful donkey and veal. The desserts were also truly delicious; I personally ordered the croccante with ice cream and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, filled with truly exceptional dishes and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Highly recommended!
