19/01/2025: Excellent attention to the tables and excellent presentation of the dishes. Quality products. Fish menu: starter, first course with lobster, second course sea bream with its side dish €40.

29/12/2024: Despite the place being completely empty on a Saturday night, we decided to stop for dinner, and I’m glad we did. The waiter was extremely attentive, the food and wine the best we had in the town. We had the risotto of the day, lardo as a starter, everything was delicious. The place is regarded by the locals as ‘refined’, and wonder if that’s not helping it draw a crowd? Prices were no higher than in other restaurants we tried in the town, and was a shame to see it so empty. If you are in Roncola, highly recommend to try it!

05/05/2025: Sono dei grandi! Pizza super buona, condimenti di qualità molto superiore alle pizzerie d’asporto “standard”. Prezzo giustissimo. Prenotare per tempo perché hanno sempre la fila. Ma la cosa più importante é che ci tengono a fare bella figura ed ad accontentare le esigenze dei clienti. Bravi !!!

18/05/2025: An elegant and refined farmhouse. With its beautiful porch and a view of the green valley, with a beautiful lawn and a small lake. But alas... to get there you have to leave the main road and take a small road in the middle of the hills where barely a car can pass. If you meet other vehicles, as happened to me, you have to reverse a lot, it is difficult to find a place to move. This situation takes place for a few km. If it had been placed in a different more accessible place it would be nice to return.

17/05/2025: Great experience, super welcoming owners and attentive to every need. We were traveling with a dachshund puppy who was welcomed and treated as if she were their own. Super cute and 5-star hotel quality, obsessive attention to detail, but always informal and friendly. Mega relaxing environment! Definitely recommended, worth every penny.

11/05/2025: Average food, (good) the most disconcerting thing??? They offer a miserable bubble and you only get it at 15 euros per skull Not to mention 20% more on the final bill compared to the menu Staff not particularly professional or friendly 😉

12/05/2025: Small review on this restaurant that I discovered yesterday thanks to some friends, the restaurant offers a splendid outdoor terrace with tables sheltered by umbrellas, two large internal rooms, very minimal and well-kept furnishings, the only small flaw that I found is only in the bathrooms where the toilets don't have axles, they seemed to be torn (like the Central Station), however high quality raw materials we were able to eat both fish and fried meat and also two pizzas, the bill was adequate, there were six of us, we had both to drink beer, water and bitter coffee with six we spent 140 euros on different dishes, I recommend a visit to this place because everything is good and of good quality.

09/02/2025: Very private place, excellent for a quiet moment where you can taste wines and eat thoughtful, tasty and fresh dishes. Polite and welcoming staff. The place has 15 seats more or less so I recommend booking. My review is obviously a personal taste but as you can see from my others if I have to give a negative opinion I will. I recommend this restaurant, I will absolutely go back.

06/05/2025: Delicious food and the warm hearted staff will make your experience truly unique here, one of a kind! We visited with a friend yesterday night during our short, less than one day visit and we were looked after so well that we truly felt special! Million thanks to everyone - Miss Irini, the two gentlemen as well as to the other lady. I couldn’t recommend Dal Carlo highly enough and both my friend and I look forward to visiting as soon as we are back in beautiful Bergamo. Big Thank You you Dal Carlo Team and hopefully, “a presto”!!
