An unforgettable experience in Bergamo Alta, excellent food, and a fantastic welcome! ​The owner is a truly special person, with a humanity and kindness from another era. He warmly welcomed us, along with our dog, whom he treated like a king. Not only did he immediately bring him fresh water, but during dinner he also offered him three portions of delicious food (goat cheese, mortadella, and Parma ham!). The absolute highlight was when my partner was about to get up to take him to the bathroom, and the owner kindly offered to take him there himself. Small but immense gestures, demonstrating a kind and extraordinary soul. ​Along with the exceptional service—in fact, the waitress who served us was kind, smiling, and available throughout—the food was also impeccable: ​The King platter was literally gigantic! A superb mix of cured meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, and jam. ​The casoncelli were delicious, and the portions were truly generous. The veal with tuna sauce was not only delicious, but also divinely plated. We finished with two house tiramisu, both generously portioned and delicious. Highly recommended: the food is good, the atmosphere is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is pet-friendly! If we ever return to Bergamo, this will definitely be our first stop. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Devastatingly good cocktails. Intimate, sophisticated, and a quality drink. Parma approves.

Lovely little bar cafe. We came in for a quick bite /early lunch. The staff were very kind and food was delicious! Also - there’s AC in the inside seating - big plus on a hot day! We will for sure return it we come to Bergamo again.

We didn’t try the food but this place offers arguably the best tasting and most creative cocktails I’ve found in Europe; I say this as someone who has spent time in 20+ European cities and ~10 North American cities. Not cheap but I highly recommend going for at least one drink. Between two people we ended up having five because they were so intriguing!
