01/09/2025: A wonderful evening at the cascina—highly recommended! We visited last night with friends and our kids, and had a truly lovely experience. The location is stunning, though a bit tricky to reach at night due to narrow mountainous roads—so plan ahead. Once you're there, the setting is peaceful and welcoming. The cascina itself is cozy, with a spacious indoor room for colder months and a wide terrace that feels homely and can host several tables. It’s ideal for families and also perfect for a romantic date night. We chose the apericena option (no second dish like tagliata) and paid around €26 per person—great value for money. The fixed adult menu was delicious, and kids could choose between pasta with cheese and butter or pomodoro, followed by chicken Milanese. Appetizers were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The rice dish was a standout. One of the later courses was modified with bacon crumble and sage—tasty, though a bit rich compared to the earlier plates. Important note for allergy-sensitive guests: dairy plays a big role in many dishes, so be cautious. That said, the staff were incredibly attentive—especially with our child who has severe allergies. The waitresses were kind, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was safe. Service was excellent overall. The two ladies who looked after us were friendly and took time to explain each dish and the wine pairings. The cascina produces its own red and white wines from grapes grown on-site. We tried the white—it was light, fruity, and paired perfectly with the meal. We were offered seconds of everything and left feeling full and happy. Dessert was a tagliere of assorted sweet treats, finished with a glass of Moscato di Scanzo—a perfect ending. Tip: Parking is limited, so arrive early to avoid hassle.

15/07/2025: Roberto è una di quelle persone che vorresti sempre incontrare nella tua vita, per farci due chiacchiere per ascoltarlo e per farti consigliare. Abbiamo bevuto alla grande e mangiato in maniera perfetta. Il riso alle ortiche era delizioso, perfetto, i formaggi stupendi e il dolce con il passito un abbinamento perfetto. The real highlight is the friendliness and kindness of the owner, who always caters to our every need. The interior is truly beautiful, and I'd dare say somewhere between romantic and Renaissance—a hidden gem worth checking out.

21/10/2025: Excellent in every way, a historic and refined place to enjoy a sweet and tasty break in the heart of Bergamo Alta. The location is meticulously maintained, with an impeccable, elegant, and quiet tea room. The beverage selection isn't extensive but is of high quality, and the pastries are remarkable and delicious. The staff is very attentive and friendly. A true gem!

17/09/2025: When I go to Bergamo Alta, a stop at Cavour is a must. The pastries are sublime and expertly crafted. The coffee is excellent, as is the service.

06/10/2025: We visited with friends for breakfast. Very pleasant service, pleasant and friendly environment. Only they make eggs in the microwave, which is not very tasty for a bull's eye. But the coffee is very good and the desserts too. The fresh mix was also with ginger and carrots, a vitamin bomb.

22/10/2025: Perfect stop for a coffee break at P13 in Chiuduno! ☕️ We had two macchiatos accompanied by an assortment of shortcrust pastries, all delicious and made with attention to detail. The shortcrust pastry with chocolate cream and chopped hazelnuts was truly delicious, the pistachio one was creamy and fragrant, while the jam version had a genuine and fragrant flavor. The macchiatos were made beautifully: intense, aromatic, and with just the right amount of foam. You can taste the quality of the coffee and the attention to detail in its preparation. The place is welcoming, modern, and clean, perfect for a short, relaxing break. The staff are always friendly and smiling, and the service is quick but attentive. In short: excellent coffee, exquisite pastries, and a pleasant atmosphere—a stop I absolutely recommend! 🌟
