21/05/2025: Sunday 18th May I celebrated my daughter's communion and I must say that we had a great time. Excellent service from the waiters and excellent food. All the guests complimented me on the choice of this structure. I highly recommend Cascina Calpa to everyone for the excellent cuisine.... also abundant and for the excellent value for money. 18/05/2025: Nice find for a quick lunch with friends! A little out of the way, but we found it thanks to Google and it was worth it. The environment is spacious and welcoming, perfect for a sunny day: outdoor tables both on the veranda and on the lawn, really pleasant. The menu is simple, unpretentious: a little bit of everything, we took meat and various salads, perfect for a light and quick meal. The guys who welcomed us were helpful and friendly, adding a nice touch to the experience. We would gladly return for another informal outdoor lunch.

28/04/2025: We treated ourselves to a night in a hotel for the last stage of the Cammino 3 Laghi. Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean and with a breathtaking view. We also had dinner at the restaurant, starter, first course and dessert of excellent quality. The simple but exceptional paccheri tomato, burrata and basil. For breakfast I would suggest adding a selection of Vito cheeses as the place is full of dairies. Prices in line with the quality of the service offered.

27/04/2025: Highly recommended for those who love to be in peace and relaxation surrounded by greenery. Spectacular panoramic position. It is suitable for beautiful walks of varying difficulty suitable for all needs. Strategic position for resting in the evening and during the day, choosing whether to go down to the long lake of Iseo or stay and admire it from above, relaxing on a deckchair or walking among nature. Very clean hotel with attention to detail. Very friendly staff, available for dialogue and to give the necessary information to experience and get to know the area. We had a very good time Thank you.

09/02/2025: Truly stunning hotel and restaurant. As read in other reviews you feel right at home, the staff is very helpful and super friendly. Lunch, breakfast and dinner were really excellent, they even satisfied my super complicated girls with food (thank you very much). What I would like to underline is that the hood at breakfast is a real hood, I have come across many hotels with hot drinks served from classic vending machines. Really excellent value for money, for the services offered I thought I would spend a lot more. It is definitely a hotel or restaurant where we will definitely return. Thanks again

I chose the parmesan and olive oil flavors out of curiosity, but I was a little disappointed: the parmesan flavor was practically non-existent, with no recognizable flavor or aftertaste. The olive oil one had a slight aftertaste, but nothing surprising. I expected more both in terms of flavor and presentation.

24/05/2025: Excellent food well prepared, wife plate of cold cuts and cheese with pickles, I polenta and mountain cheese on the grill followed by strudel elderberry and blackberry tart. Excellent beer mashed potatoes coffees

21/04/2025: As you can see from the stars, I would highly recommend the Rifugio del Monte Avaro for your lunch with friends (I don't rate the rooms as we didn't use them). Let me start by saying that they welcomed us at the last minute due to the cancellation of another refuge due to bad weather, even if we are talking about Easter lunch. Despite this, the service was very fast, the food excellent (and what can I say, vegetarian versions also available!). The bill was even more of a surprise! Honest is an understatement. But what I would like to underline is the welcome! Everyone with a smile, extremely friendly, I felt at home in an instant! Thanks to all the staff!
