A WOW discovery. The lady cooks everything herself, serves you at the tables and explains everything with this smile that makes you fall in love. I, a vegetarian, ate from appetizer to dessert. Everything was delicious!!!

A wonderful experience, highly recommended! A very intimate and family-friendly atmosphere in a small restaurant nestled in the woods. The owner and waitresses were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent (the casoncelli cured meats and vegetables appetizers were a top pick), and the prices were reasonable. A typical, high-quality Bergamo osteria, highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely evening.

I went there for a business lunch, on the recommendation of a colleague, and the experience was truly excellent. No need for photos or too many comments: the facts count, and here they speak for themselves. The quality, service, and atmosphere were impeccable. Thank you so much for the delightful lunch.

26/04/2026: We had dinner for two. The tasting menu was very interesting. The atmosphere was elegant and the service impeccable, even from the two very professional young waiters. The initial amuse bouche was delicious. Menu: Starters: tuna tartare, scallops, then spaghetti with lemon cream and delicate shrimp, then sirloin, rabbit, and cod, very delicate yet flavorful. Dessert: white chocolate, mango, and lemon gel mousse. Coffee included: €80 each. A glass of sparkling wine each. I must say I was skeptical about the gourmet restaurant theme in Selvino. I immediately changed my mind and appreciated it. The dishes are beautifully plated, and the various ingredients pair perfectly, creating a unique interplay of textures and flavors. 21/07/2026: We had dinner here on our first full day in Italy – also on the recommendation of our Airbnb host, who kindly made the reservation for us. We were warmly welcomed and advised by the junior manager. We opted for a piece of meat from the refrigerated display case. The kitchen had pre-cooked it nicely, and we finished grilling it at the table on a hot stone – entirely to our liking. It tasted fantastic. The side dishes we chose (polenta and vegetables) were also good. The house wine was excellent as well. A great touch was that Trattoria Brea also offered a complimentary amuse-bouche: very flavorful bresaola with bread. Our first dinner of the entire trip was one of the best – we highly recommend this restaurant! All the staff are also very friendly :)
