26/04/2026: We visited this pizzeria just outside the center of Bergamo, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful discovery. The location is convenient, not exactly central, but still easy to get to. The place, both inside and out, is well-kept and pleasant. What struck me most was their attention to celiac disease; they were extremely knowledgeable and attentive, which is not a given. They offer several options, not only gluten-free but also alternative doughs (for those with yeast intolerances, vegans, etc.), so they're truly inclusive. They even changed my cutlery and brought gluten-free bread separately—a level of attention rarely found. Both pizzas (both the regular and gluten-free) were truly excellent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Fast service, short wait times, and fair prices.

06/03/2026: Historic restaurant in the valley. A clean yet historic atmosphere where you can experience the succulent and delicious cuisine of the valley. Beautiful and well-maintained location Delicious food Relaxed and very friendly service. The desserts are a bit bland, especially the chestnuts in Grand Mariniere sauce. But if you find yourself in the valley, stop by because the casoncelli are truly worth it!

05/05/2026: Delicious pizza! Very different to anything we've ever had in Italy. The fries were also some of the best we've ever had. The desert (my son had chocolate fondant) was also fantastic. The service was great. We had a lovely evening and will definitely go back.

27/04/2026: Nice Italian place. Pizza on very thick base. Ordering pizza slices instead of whole isn't profitable at all. But it's very tasty anyway. Great service, relatively short waiting time.

14/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Il Caminetto di Branzi with friends, and overall the experience was very positive. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service courteous and attentive, and the dishes are well-presented and tasty. The view was also lovely: from our table, we could see a waterfall in front of us, a truly evocative detail that made the atmosphere even more pleasant. One small note concerns the bresaola appetizer: while good, I wasn't entirely impressed in terms of freshness, and the flavor wasn't as distinctive as I expected, almost as if it lacked that distinctive note that fully showcases the quality of the meat. That said, the rest of the meal more than met expectations, and overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, hoping that even this detail will be further refined.

22/04/2026: A large selection of pastas with delicious sauces. Of course, gluten-free dishes are also available. Excellent service, and a typical Italian atmosphere: warm and cheerful. It's also important to know that this isn't your typical restaurant; don't be surprised that the food is served on a Styrofoam plate. If you don't manage to finish the entire dish, packing the rest isn't a problem. Finally, you'll be treated to a unique liqueur.

12/05/2026: Family dinner for four Everything was very good. We shared various appetizers, which were very tasty, followed by meat-based main courses. Everything was excellent. The service was excellent; all the staff were attentive and non-invasive. We were pleasantly surprised by the predominantly young staff; it's nice to see young people working so hard. The bill was reasonable. Dog accepted. We'll be back. Thank you.

15/03/2026: The food was excellent, everything tasted good and well-balanced, from the appetizers to the desserts. The young staff were courteous, and the location was beautiful, especially the outdoor seating in nice weather. However, there are two major drawbacks: limited and inaccessible parking, and above all, the unbearable noise in the indoor dining rooms when the place is full. I recommend trying to soundproof the space, trying to preserve the beautiful wooden beam ceiling as much as possible.

27/01/2026: It was a 30-min walk uphill for me, but totally worth it! For 35 euros we had an appetizer (tempuras, beef tartar, salami, bread, foccacia), 500ml of wine, water, 2 first plates and 1 second plate. We ate A LOT and everything was fabulously delicious. We were well attended to and left the restaurant pleasantly surprised. Depending on day and time, I'd recommend reservating it - we just took a chance without it 😅

03/05/2026: A magical place, nestled in the heart of lower Bergamo... discovered by chance, but what a stroke of luck! Historic location with an outdoor terrace, elegant and meticulously maintained. Friendly and welcoming service. Superlative food! Excellent quality ingredients, with so much work and love behind every dish, from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend trying it and, above all, adding it to the Michelin Guide!! Compliments to the chef and his team.

11/05/2026: Someone else, in the same situation, wouldn't have given it five stars. That's exactly why I'm giving it five stars! It's Saturday, a beautiful day with lots of people in the Upper Town. Around two o'clock, we're feeling a bit hungry and, more or less by chance, since we were right there at the time, we decide to stop inside Ol Baretì. We choose two Govi ​​salads and are immediately told that they've run out of grilled vegetables but that they can make them on the spot if we have the patience to wait about twenty minutes for them to prepare them. We decide to stop to take advantage of a break. Now, I don't know how long we waited, probably a little longer than expected, but it didn't matter because we were relaxing and didn't put any pressure on ourselves. The salad was good and the vegetables, of course, hot and crunchy, but the best part was the attention and kindness, not due or even requested, when it came to paying. I usually never publish receipts, even when I find a store over-the-top, because I find it wrong. In this case, however, I'm happy to do so because it's fair, both for the size of the discount and for the reason: I'll give you a twenty percent discount (actually, it's even more) because we made you wait so long. Beyond the discount, which is clearly appreciated, what I liked and want to highlight is their ability to approach customers and not take everything for granted or due, something that has been rare for far too long now. I thank all the guys at Ol Baretì and wish them well and good luck. Well done, well done indeed!

25/04/2026: There was a sign outside saying "Aperitivo €4 with a drink of your choice." We sat down around 6:30 PM, and when it was time to order, they told us the aperitivo food was sold out, even though the sign was still there (they tried to get us to buy platters for €15). We ordered our drinks, and not only did they bring us no food except two measly chips, they also charged us €8 for the drinks. Don't go there; despite the signs posted, they're being sneaky.

04/05/2026: The location is very well-maintained, as is the service. The dishes are simple and traditional, yet have a more gourmet and sophisticated touch. They are also carefully plated. The prices aren't cheap, but they're fair considering the high quality of the food. The entrée was also very popular. Finally, the location is excellent, as it's in the upper Seriana Valley, close to numerous trails, attractions, and routes for those who love mountain hiking.

28/05/2026: 🕵️‍♀️ One evening, before arriving at the airport, we found this pizzeria and made a reservation as a formality. Honestly, it was even better than I expected. Offering unique flavors in a very elegant location, Ristorante Pizzeria All'Angolo Grassobbio has left a lasting impression on us as a wonderful culinary destination. They offer a fantastic option for those who want to experience authentic Italian cuisine. 🍕 As you can see in the photos, the pizzas and pastas we ordered were simply amazing. The pizza dough was perfectly cooked, the ingredients were fresh and very delicious. The texture and taste of the pasta also pleased us greatly. 🍷 The smiling faces and politeness of the staff made us feel very good from the moment we sat down at the table. Thanks to their extremely attentive and polite approach, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable meal. ✨ The interior of the place has a very warm, friendly and elegant atmosphere. If you want to eat high-quality and satisfying meals and feel like you are in the beautiful atmosphere of Italy, you should definitely give this place a try. It is also a very successful establishment in terms of price-performance ratio. ✈️ If you ever find yourself in Bergamo, I definitely recommend trying it.

09/03/2026: A beautiful, charming place with very friendly staff. The dishes are good but not as sophisticated as my acquaintances suggested; on the contrary, they're simple and authentic, just plated in a more modern way. The most disappointing thing was seeing dishes like salmon or seafood as the only fish options (perhaps there was a char among the appetizers, the only non-seafood one)... I should have at least had a tench, not necessarily from Endine. Otherwise, the ingredients and simple cuisine are appreciated, but the prices are a bit steep: a stewed rabbit leg (sufficiently large, but it's still rabbit) with a small vegetable sauce and a little polenta costs €22. Most of the dishes, from appetizers to first courses, are €20 or more, and for the type of cuisine, while good, I think it's a bit too much, my personal opinion considering the type of restaurant. (This is just my personal opinion; I fully understand the difficulties similar businesses have faced in recent years.)

15/02/2026: The restaurant is very nice, but unfortunately the food and service leave a lot to be desired. For the price, I expected better quality. From the start, the wait staff tried their best to provide fast and greedy service (bread, entrée, and appetizer arrived simultaneously; dinner also progressed extremely quickly… I understand that Valentine's Day can be crowded, but putting this pressure on the customer creates a significant inconvenience).
