Good food. We ordered three dishes between the two of us: the gyoza, which didn't arrive and we had to ask for more, and we also ordered two teriyaki donburi dishes, one beef and one chicken, both with sticky rice. Unfortunately, only the beef donburi arrived, and the second chicken donburi was delivered 10 minutes later and with the wrong type of rice. We appreciated, however, that they acknowledged the mistakes upon payment.

I visited Wagamama at Orio Center and had an overall positive experience, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. The location is modern, well-maintained, and in keeping with the brand's style: clean, bright, and well-organized, perfect for both a shopping break and a casual dinner. Despite being located inside the shopping center, the atmosphere is pleasant and not too chaotic. The dishes are truly plentiful and very good: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. The menu is varied and offers a variety of options, all carefully prepared. Unfortunately, I must point out a negative aspect regarding the initial service. The young woman who greeted us and showed us to our table was rather rude: she didn't respond to our greeting, neither upon arrival nor when we left, and she didn't even smile or show any sign of friendliness. This attitude leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, especially at first. Otherwise, the food and dining experience were satisfactory. With a more kind and professional welcome, it would easily be 5 stars.

Wagamama is a sure thing. The place is always clean, the staff is knowledgeable, and the food is quality. The new KaoSoi ramen is truly special, bang bang, and the cauliflower is a must. Well done!
