I must say, it was an exceptional experience!
This osteria is located on one of Bergamo's central streets, with excellent service and delicious food.
The tiramisu, served "piantina" style, was beautiful (and delicious!!)

We went to this osteria for lunch.
The place was welcoming and clean.
The food was all very good, the tuna was excellent, the lasagna was amazing.
I ordered some simple but delicious dishes from the lunch menu.
The bread and breadsticks were truly delicious.
The tiramisu was a revisited and original take.
Even higher marks for the service: the waiter was kind, professional, and possessed a manner that has long been lost; he alone deserves the highest score.
Highly recommended.

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. My starter of asparagus and egg could have been amazing but there was too much cheese which overwhelmed the delicate flavour of the asparagus. However, my main course of rabbit and polenta was one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. There aren’t enough stars for this. My husband’s wild boar lasagne was also fantastic. Unfortunately the experience was slightly marred by too loud terrible music and a large semi-pornographic photo looming over me as no I ate.

Quick service and excellent dishes, with interesting yet effective pairings. The host's tasting menu has excellent flavors, though a bit heavy toward the end. I would also have liked more details and curiosities about the dishes, how they were created, and the reasons for certain pairings.
Decent value for money.
Overall, satisfied.

An iconic and historic Bergamo osteria right in the city center. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, and the food is good. Prices are slightly above average (€5 cover charge). What I enjoyed most were the appetizers (tartare and veal with tuna sauce). The casoncelli bergamaschi were a bit more average.
The tiramisu to finish was very good. Friendly staff.
Convenient parking nearby.

I was here (alone) on the occasion of a business trip, waiting for the check in in the nearby hotel l, and chose this restaurant just accidentally.
It is TOP in cuisine, service and ambience!! The quality and choice of food is perfect, so is the wine choice (although I stayed only with water today). The waiter (or is he, I think, the owner?) is very polite, friendly, distinct, sovereign and knowledgeable.
Also the presentation of the food, the (low) background music and the whole setting are of highest quality. A truly prefect example of the pride of Made in Italy, thank you!m for this lunch and experience.
p.s.: the Vitello Tonnato, which usually is at risk of being too dry is worth to write a poem 🤩!

A pleasant discovery in Bergamo's historic center: Trattoria Tre Gobbi is a small but elegant restaurant with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine speaks of the local area, with well-executed dishes and bold flavors: the spaghetti with farmyard ragù and the tender and flavorful braised beef are excellent. The service is friendly and enthusiastic, with always detailed explanations of the dishes. The cuisine is substantial, without frills, yet still contemporary and relevant.
