I had the pleasure of trying the Under 35 tasting menu at Berton restaurant, in the splendid CityLife area of ​​Milan, and I was won over. From the moment you arrive, you can sense the attention to detail: the service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive, with particular attention to the presentation and explanation of each course. Each dish is explained in detail, allowing you to fully appreciate the research, technique, and philosophy. The tasting menu was a true sensory journey: each course was a discovery, an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors, surprising without ever being overwhelming. A special mention goes to the famous coffee risotto, a dish that to call extraordinary is an understatement: original, elegant, and with a truly memorable balance of flavors. And then the dessert, the magnificent egg-shaped cake, which left me speechless. I still remember it vividly, both for its aesthetic beauty and its incredible taste. A top-notch gourmet experience, made even more accessible thanks to the Under 35 formula. A must-try at least once in your life. The Siomai was absolutely superb—juicy, flavorful, and one of the best I've had. The restaurant's signature Binalot na Adobo was rich, savory, and incredibly satisfying, wrapped beautifully in banana leaves. To finish, I had the Ube Float, which was hands down my favorite of the night—the perfect sweet ending to the meal! If you're looking for authentic Filipino comfort food in Milan, I highly recommend Ristorante Mabuhay. I'll definitely be back on my next visit!

As a newlywed, we chose this venue and felt truly taken care of from start to finish, with a level of care and attention that was truly unexpected. The welcome aperitif was excellent in quality, quantity, and selection. Impeccable table service: no long pauses between courses, drinks were promptly served, allergies were handled impeccably, and on top of that, the waiters were always smiling and kind. I had given instructions on the cake, but the result exceeded my expectations. The desserts, the sugared almonds, and the fruit stand were spectacular, meticulously prepared, and of high quality. Thanks to Giusy, who coordinated the event: always present, never intrusive. Thanks to Salvatore, available, empathetic, and professional like few others. A guarantee. Each dish was a surprising explosion of color and flavor, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff was elegant, kind, and very attentive: even when I asked where the restroom was, the waiter personally escorted me there. We also greatly appreciated the fact that, at the end of the dinner, the chef personally came to our table to ask how our experience had gone. A top-notch gastronomic experience that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience a unique sensory journey and be amazed by excellent vegetarian cuisine.

04/07/2026: This place is one of my favourites for aperitivo in Milan, thanks to its great location and generous, large drinks. Today I was ‘attacked’ by a pigeon trying to steal my food, and the staff were really helpful with the situation, they brought me a replacement. Highly recommended!

They also make it as a ragù with pasta, and it's spectacular. Very tender, even eaten on its own. The dishes are beautifully presented, with top-notch attention to detail, which is not always a given. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to combine authenticity, tradition (thanks to Milanese cuisine), and flavors. I'll be back again.
