22/02/2026: My first time in Luino, I felt completely welcomed by this gelateria. Even though I've tried the classic flavors, the gelato is delicious.
I've rarely seen such welcoming places; the friendliness and compassion of the staff makes you feel like you're all friends, not just customers.

25/02/2026: Chef Mauro Elli's signature dish is a breaded egg on anchovy sauce: an experience not to be missed.
The rest of his cuisine won us over with its quality and presentation, but also with its attention to detail, attentiveness to the customer, and prompt, unobtrusive service.
The wine cellar is well-stocked, including some off-the-menu items.
The pigeon was truly excellent.

09/01/2026: I came here after reading positive reviews from Taiwanese people. The first pizza I tried was delicious, but the toppings were pitifully small. The squid ink risotto and salmon pasta were also just average, relying mainly on chili for flavor. I would be willing to pay more for better, more substantial meals; this meal was extremely high in carbohydrates and lacking in protein.
The owner was very hospitable and showed his appreciation for Taiwan, even offering two bottles of mineral water. As for the ambiance, the TV was playing Italian political programs at a very loud volume.
04/01/2026: The food was amazing. Good taste and portion size for a more than reasonable price. The boss was also super friendly and attentive even during the busy dinner service. He even made a hot tea and called a taxi for a very drunk patron. Overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend. It was good enough that I came twice in a row just to enjoy more of their food.

For the price, this hotel seems like an excellent choice, even comparable to a six-star hotel.

15/03/2026: We stayed here for three nights and unfortunately only managed to eat in once. There aren't many tables, so reservations are a must. Our stay was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic.
The staff was incredibly friendly.
We'll be back.

04/04/2026: We went for the first time as a couple, yesterday we returned as a group of six and I must say that both dinners were very good. My delicate lamb was delicious, I also tried the other diners' dishes such as chicken masala and vegetarian meatballs. The sauces were also delicious. Finally, a ginger tea. We will be back as soon as possible. I also appreciated the tranquility of the environment and the opportunity to enjoy a dinner with friends in peace. See you soon 👌👌
