The location was truly breathtaking, with a lake view, a well-appointed dining room, and super-friendly staff. But the difference lies with the owner, Mr. Emanuele, who is always friendly and attentive to his guests. An experience to be savored, a thrill, an experience that makes you say...I'll be back soon.

24/10/2025: Exceptional. The appetizers offered while you wait for your main course were fantastic. The small pastries offered with the coffee were wonderful. We didn't do the tasting, but everything we ordered was top-notch. Highly recommended.

17/10/2025: ​Bar La Cascata is an absolute gem nestled in the town of Ness, boasting one of the most stunning views you could ask for. Its prime location directly overlooks the majestic Orrido di Nesso waterfalls as they cascade down to Lake Como. ​This bar is the ideal spot for a leisurely break. We stopped here for a snack and a refreshing drink, and it was the perfect way to pause and soak in the scenery. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the views from the bar are simply breathtaking, making you feel completely immersed in the beauty of the lake and the gorge. ​If you are traveling around the area, especially before continuing on to Bellagio, Bar La Cascata is a must-visit. It’s more than just a quick stop; it's a chance to enjoy a spectacular moment overlooking one of Lake Como's natural wonders. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: Four very nice outdoor seats. Very friendly owners. Good coffee. Very fair drink prices. Sandwiches are overpriced! Whether you get a seat outside depends on the boat schedule. Once a load of tourists arrives, nothing else is available until the next boat picks them up. Google Maps is helpful for checking occupancy.

31/10/2025: Absolutely incredible in every way! We turned up without a booking (rookie mistake) and we were fortunate enough to get their 1 free table! Book in advance so as not to be disappointed. To start we had the sambusa and tamia veg with hummus and berbere - simply delicious. For main we shared the enjera meat combo and it was just incredible. Then, to help with digestion a herbal tea which tasted like Christmas in a cup! This family run business is an absolute must in Bergamo! If we could give more than 5* then we absolutely would - exceptional.

29/09/2025: I had a plate of cured meats, and they were really fresh. I couldn't try the beer because I was the designated driver, but I'll try it next time. The lady who served us was kind and knowledgeable.

20/10/2025: I found myself there by chance. I was in the area for work. The place is beautiful, but unfortunately it's not suitable for the working class. The prices are reasonable for the beautiful place. We were looking for a place within our reach, but for those who can afford it, the food is really good. We had our own budget, which we went over by a lot. I recommend calling before you go to see if there are any seats available. Enjoy your meal, everyone.

17/11/2025: I went to dinner at Venanzio after it was highly recommended by several friends and acquaintances. Despite high expectations, they weren't disappointed. We ate deliciously and waited very little between courses, despite the restaurant being packed. The service was very courteous, attentive but never intrusive. The bill was more than fair. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly service, with the owner/chef explaining the dishes to you. The food is well-prepared and made with excellent ingredients. The flavors of the dishes stay with you for days to come. Everything exudes passion. The price is fair.

06/10/2025: We got married on September 3rd at Villa Restaurant La Palma in Palazzago, and we can only say... thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Everything was simply perfect, in every way. The location is wonderful, with a well-kept and welcoming garden where we were able to begin the celebrations with an outdoor aperitif: seating for everyone and a sumptuous buffet that won over all our guests right from the start. Inside, the room is elegant and the service impeccable. We enjoyed two excellent first courses and a second course, followed by a perfect wedding cake and a dreamy dessert buffet. The food was extraordinary: by far the best we've ever had at a reception! The quality, attention to detail, and passion for cooking are clearly evident. It's a family-run restaurant, and this shows in every detail: from the kindness of the staff, always available and smiling, to the impeccable organization of the entire event. We felt truly pampered and supported at every stage, from the preparation to the last minute of our big day. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding, in a place where passion, professionalism, and quality come together perfectly. 28/10/2025: Mystical experience, TRULY selected meats. A few types, a few carefully selected pieces, they are not the usual cuts you find in other restaurants. The perfectly cooked meat has a very light smokiness due to the gentle cooking, not over an open flame. Very kind and friendly staff, very attentive to service. Amazing wine list. Incredible herbs and baked potatoes. I think it is the best place I have ever eaten so far.

08/10/2025: They welcomed us with a table for eight at the last minute on a Sunday, when we were looking for a quick stop on the way home, and they adapted some dishes to make me a vegan version. The chestnut flour pasta with mushrooms was delicious. But everyone else said all the dishes were excellent. Excellent service and a very pleasant place. The prices may not be cheap, but it's still worth a visit.

14/09/2025: A truly pleasant discovery!!!... We went with friends for ice cream since we were in the Oasi Verde area, and this ice cream shop really won us over! 😊. Wide selection of very appealing flavors. Good ice cream, and the flavors are truly mouth-watering. The waffle was equally good (which isn't a given). Very competitive prices. We'll be back to try new flavors.
