11/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Crotto Valtellina. You can immediately sense the attention to detail. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, ready to offer advice, attentive, and always smiling. The dishes were truly delicious; we chose the menu from the historic à la carte menu, and it was a true journey through traditional flavors, all prepared with great care and quality. A special thanks to the chef, a truly helpful person. He welcomes you, stays at the table if you have questions about the dishes, and greets you at the end of the meal, thanking you for visiting. We felt pampered from start to finish. A place we'll gladly return to and one I highly recommend.

22/04/2026: It's impossible to find a flaw, even if you tried. From the intimate and welcoming atmosphere to the kindness and professionalism of the wait staff, and the dishes (from appetizers to dessert) are meticulously prepared, exquisitely crafted, and made with top-quality ingredients. I personally will long remember the melt-in-the-mouth vitello tonnato. The option of taking home a bottle of wine if you don't finish it during the meal is also excellent. Reasonable value. Definitely recommended.

21/04/2026: Opposite Visconti Castle, in a very quiet town, while transiting through Malpensa Airport waiting for my flight, I found this beautiful restaurant with incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a Michelin-starred menu. The interior decor is fantastic, with 17th-century stone walls and wooden beams on the roof; it was once the castle's barn. The menu was fantastic, and the chef was very talented. I tried a true Milanese saffron risotto that wasn't even on the menu. The best ever. Great selection, and I'll be back.

06/03/2026: I had a wonderful experience at Castigo. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with a very authentic Italian vibe that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent 🫶🏼🫶🏼 fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and full of flavor. You can really tell there is care and passion behind each dish. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great food, and have a memorable evening. Definitely a restaurant I would happily return to when in the area. Highly recommended!

29/04/2026: Welcoming and intimate location. From the reviews, we expected a high-quality offering, both in terms of cuisine and service, but unfortunately, these expectations were not fully met. The prices are quite high for the quality of the ingredients, which we found to be average. The service also negatively impacted the experience, with excessively long wait times that detracted from the pace of the dinner and also from our appetite. On a positive note: the cover charge was waived, which was appreciated. Overall, we won't be returning.

The experience was simply excellent, one of those that leave a lasting impression and are fondly remembered even long afterward. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the welcome and kindness of the staff, always attentive and professional, to the presentation and quality of the dishes. The ramen was truly delicious, carefully prepared, exuding passion and innovation. A complete gastronomic experience, capable of winning over even those, like us, who were trying this dish for the first time.

19/05/2026: Safe to say, this is probably the cheapest pizza you can get in Northern Italy, being one of the few pizzerias near Milan with prices comparable to Naples, and it certainly doesn't disappoint! Freshly made and ready in 5 minutes, with a light airy crust and thin base, so you can enjoy the whole thing guilt-free, just how Italian pizza should be. €5-6 for an entire 12" pizza is a steal, especially when you're this close to Malpensa airport. You are also spoilt for choice on options, so there's something to suit everyone. The service is excellent, with very friendly people that will happily serve you even 10 minutes before closing time. This is just a 5-minute walk from Gallarate Station, which itself is just 2 stops away from Malpensa Airport, so it's well worth stopping by during a layover or before/after a flight.

The hostess greeted us warmly and, before we left, surprised us with a plate decorated with the words "Happy Birthday" and a candle. I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you all!
