24/03/2024: just finished lunch...slow in serving...a second course order was forgotten during service...at table there...and with multiple requests to the waitress to ask where the dish went...so one person was left to watch the others eat...sorry but the advertising can only be negative... the attempt to offer sweets as an apology is pointless... we had come to eat meat... for sweets we would go to the pastry shop in case...

21/03/2024: Simply exceptional meat!!! The wait was a bit long, almost an hour before seeing the dishes arrive at the table, but it was worth the wait. Very friendly staff

31/03/2024: I knew it as a popular place, with cuisine that satisfied everyone without any particular merit. On my last visit, the surprise: it has transformed into an elegant place that offers almost exclusively grilled meat. Meat is the real protagonist and seeks passionate customers, connoisseurs I would say. There are several windows showing meat of different origins, cuts, animals, in short, forbidden to the sensitive eyes of vegetarians. The menu is short and the prices are medium-high but fair for the cuts offered. Attentive and professional service. The cooking level is politely imposed, which I agree with but not everyone may like it.

04/04/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance, I never do reviews, but in this case I would recommend it to anyone who really wants to eat well. Excellent food, very kind staff, very professional and very honest prices. The meat was special, but the cake that was recommended to me was unbeatable. When I'm in the area I will definitely go back.

07/03/2024: Esperienza molto positiva. oltre il ristorante che non solo è molto carino e con una bella atmosfera, ma anche i camerieri molto gentili e cordiali e ci hanno saputo consigliare un ottimo vino locale. Il cestino del pane era meraviglioso, così come i contorni ottimi. Forse la scelta della fiorentina non è stata la scelta migliore perché non era tanto frollata quindi un po' più difficile da mangiare rispetto a una carne con una frollatura maggiore. Probabilmente avremmo dovuto seguire del cameriere anche per la carne e sicuramente sarebbe stato un 5 ! Ma super consigliato comunque

27/03/2024: Eravamo in giro e cercavamo un posto dove mangiare al volo, ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo ristorante ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Personale gentilissimo e preparato che ci ha accolto e consigliato sull'ordine. Abbiamo optato per la carne e mai scelta fu più giusta, davvero top.

28/02/2024: We've eaten in the restaurant twice now and I really have to say it was wonderful. Food, portions and service are very good. Nice people who are very friendly. The desserts were also tip top. One of the best tiramisu we have ever eaten. We recommend. Always my pleasure

06/04/2024: The single greatest restaurant experience we enjoy during this trip to Milan. The manager was wonderfully accommodation after some confusion with the third-party reservation service. The wine recommendation was spot-on and the wine was delicious. The lamb shoulder risotto was the best risotto we have ever had. The arancini is fantastic and the bread is made from their leftover, homemade bread, which is also delicious. And to top it all off, the pork “Elephant Ear” was huge and phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. I hope to return one day and try other owns on their menu. It’s obvious that they take great pride in their business and we can’t wait to go back.

24/03/2024: Typical restaurant serving local cuisine in Borgo San Giacomo in the province of Brescia, less than an hour and a half from Milan. Very suggestive location located in a wonderfully restored and well-kept context. We were there for lunch and had a very good meal. Very friendly and welcoming staff. For a Sunday lunch out of town I highly recommend it!
