Another plus is the staff, who were kind, helpful, and attentive. Overall, a positive experience.

The outdoor patio is simply perfect: a space that invites you to slow down, savor the moment, and further enhances the experience, especially on beautiful Milanese days. But what truly sets Recreo apart is the service. Attentive without being intrusive, present at the right times, with a rare ability to read the table. You sense training, but above all, genuine passion. The atmosphere consistently complements the experience: refined, welcoming, with a distinct yet never forced identity. It's one of those places where you can go for a relaxed dinner or to make a good impression, and either way, you'll leave satisfied. 12/11/2025: I don't want to be mean, but the sterile environment is totally worth revisiting. The view is beautiful... maybe it's also due to the beautiful day that allowed me to eat outside... the food isn't bad, it's a shame that half the already questionable menu wasn't feasible due to a lack of products. Anyway, no!

An added bonus of this place is undoubtedly José Maria, who, despite all the various things to do, even sat down at the table with us for a chat. He's a warm-hearted person who exudes good vibes and makes you feel truly at ease in his company. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place where quality food and a family atmosphere come together, and the result is truly La tienda de Juan!!!

25/02/2026: Excellent food, but it's the soul of the place that makes the difference. The paella is exquisite and the meat is superb!!! Matteo and his partner make you feel like guests more than customers: he's down-to-earth, friendly, and like one of the family. We left with a smile and a free bag of herbs for our herbal tea, a truly thoughtful touch. Definitely book a table to enjoy this carefree experience. We'll definitely be back.
