04/04/2024: I want to leave this review because Sakeya is a place that literally impressed me! Typical Japanese cuisine, of the highest level, with truly tasty and exciting dishes, very fresh raw materials. Vintage and refined setting, and excellent service. I recommend letting yourself be guided by the chef's proposals, they are a real culinary journey, an explosion of flavours, and if you are not an expert, let yourself be carried away by the sake tasting, the sommeliers are highly trained, a special note to Mr. Paolo, I it opened a world. A truly special place, perfect for a romantic occasion or dinner. Well done!!!

24/03/2024: Authentic Japan not to be missed in Milan. A delicate and welcoming Izakaya where you can taste the typical cuts, flavors and aromas of Japanese cuisine. The Sake menu is paired with the dishes with skill, well done 👏🏻

10/03/2024: really high quality sushi. few seats inside but very quiet environment accompanied by excellent jazz music in the background. The food is truly spectacular, obviously nothing like the various all you can eat options. Everything obviously reflects on the cost, which is more expensive, but absolutely fair. furthermore, in the restaurant's car park there is also the possibility of charging an electric car, with a private charging station. It's a shame that that evening the two parking spaces were occupied by two thermal cars, unfortunately a situation that we who travel by electric know well, rude and ignorant people who perhaps also park in the spaces for the disabled. Clearly it is not the fault of the operator but perhaps a sign or ban should be put up. PS the green tea tiramisu is amazing!

10/03/2024: Definitely of quality and an excellent place, perhaps slightly expensive for a takeaway, if eaten on site the right balance between price and quality, I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is in the area and wants to eat excellent sushi.

02/04/2024: Amazing Omakase. High quality ingredients and great presentation. On top of that, the chef was very friendly and made sure we had an amazing evening. Will return for sure.

18/03/2024: Esperienza bellissima. Prenotazione alle 9.30 e degustazione finita oltre mezzanotte. Piatti molto belli, molto buoni e materie prima super. Bellissimo guardare le preparazioni dei piatti. Il prezzo non è bassissimo ma, tenuto conto del livello molto alto, ci sta tutto. Quindi per me 5 stelle.

06/04/2024: The quality of the food is truly excellent and the variety of Japanese dishes is truly vast and rich in detail. The service is lovely given the kids' incredible memories. The interiors were certainly chosen by a brilliant mind as they transport you to a world of serenity and peace with yourself. The only flaw is the lighting, which is truly ambient, but a little more light is not much but it would make the place without any flaw.

07/04/2024: Ideal place for a trip out of town

07/04/2024: An impressive castle, but the potential of this place was not used. An exhibition of fortification art would be useful. The collections in the interior seem random - paintings, musical instruments, furniture, some antiquities, all in several places and on different floors of the castle. There are gems, such as the last, unfinished sculpture by Michelangelo. It's worth visiting, but you're a bit dissatisfied.

17/03/2024: Sunday 03/17/2024 Horrible. We booked for 1pm and arrived about ten minutes early, we asked if we could sit down in the meantime as the place, in theory, had already been open since 11am. The boy at the cash register's response was not understandable and so he went to call the owner, the latter arrived from outside with an irritated attitude and replied "you booked at 1pm, didn't you? Don't you see what time it is? Well then!”. Let me start by saying that the place was empty and based on the opening hours it must have already been operational two hours before our arrival, but instead they replied that the fish was not yet ready. Therefore, not allowing us to sit inside, we went out and the owner followed us and said "can I cancel the reservation then?" Really bad. It can be as good as you want but with this type of service it is useless.

11/03/2024: Trovato per caso in una giornata di lavoro. Il proprietario preparato e con spiegazioni accurate di ciò che ci servivano ( sono stato per anni in Giappone con la nazionale di judo) e ci ha portato in una degustazione sublime tra tradizione giapponese e creatività! Da anni non assaggiavo pietanze giapponesi di così alto livello! Servizio impeccabile e conto adeguato alla qualità del cibo! Da provare assolutamente! Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare altre pietanze!

17/03/2024: I go there often, especially for lunch on my way to work. For me the best in Valtellina.! Always excellent fish, fewer limitations than in other places, tartare in cubes and not mush, prawns with salt and pepper... the best price around (among the good sushi). Always welcoming, you order with a tablet, always very fast. Highly recommended.

09/03/2024: They are often closed for long periods and you only find out if you walk past them and read the note they leave at the door. It would also be advisable to change the opening hours and closures on Google.

25/02/2024: I was very excited to read the good comments. In short, the only strong point is that the fish is very fresh. The quality of food (presentation, flavor) is quite average, but the price is much more expensive than other restaurants of the same quality. Then service issue, when ordering soup they don't bring you the spoon, you have to ask for it. We are two people and they have never brought us plates and we have to eat the sushi without the plate. In the end we asked for it but for the price it doesn't seem very normal to me. The place is much smaller than it appears in the images, the tables are quite close together.

22/02/2024: Had dinner at this restaurant I think the reviews are too positive. I normally ate nothing special considering it's not AYCE I think the quality and quantity of fish on the rolls especially is a bit poor. Food cooked a little better but nothing that could justify 5 stars... I give 3 because the price is also too high for the quality and quantity... Maybe because it was Tuesday evening... but he always expects the same quality. I'll try it again to judge better But it didn't convince me

11/03/2024: If you want to avoid the unpleasant experience of seeing an employee who sighs while taking your order and puts down the utensils as if they were throwing them, go for it. The attached photo shows the dishes left behind by the staff. I was cautious when I saw people serving people at other tables with a smile, but I thought it might be racial discrimination. When he sighed, I thought something bad had happened, but I was convinced when I saw him put down the dishes. I couldn't eat properly because I lost my appetite. However, I think it is decent Japanese food, although it does not have a luxurious feel compared to the atmosphere of the restaurant or the local area. However, it was the worst dining experience. I don't want to go through this again.

06/04/2024: These guys are professionals. Very high quality of raw materials, order, cleanliness and extreme courtesy towards customers. We can no longer avoid enjoying their beef poke. The portions are generous, the meat is left pure and accompanied by a spectacular basil sauce. The marinade of the accompanying vegetables is also remarkable, with a shout out to the carrots, whose taste is addictive. Thank you!

04/03/2024: Very nice environment. Good food, excellent Uramaki Flambé and very good those with almonds. One step below those with the eel. The ramen is also very good. Perfectly reasonable price. We will be back!

06/04/2024: I took the Yaki soba with fish and vegetables to take away, price €8 for a fairly light portion. I can say that for the price in line with the competition, I expected a slightly larger portion. Rather than discounting takeaways, I would aim for non-reduced portions. They were good, yes, but there wasn't even that much fish. The all you can eat is more worth it than the takeaway for lunch.
