01/06/2025: It is not comparable to any other place. 100 and Praise! Immersed in a chestnut grove, it seems like entering a fairy tale. The sound of farm animals (well cared for and fenced in a very large space available) merges with the chirping of birds, a couple of frightened foxes crossed our path. The undergrowth is well cared for, creating a space suitable for children. Old farmhouses, reborn thanks to conservative restoration, welcome us inside with rustic wood paneling and the furnishings are practical but take us back to a time gone by where everything was built using surrounding materials. Our stay, equipped with every comfort, ends with a plentiful and varied breakfast ranging from absolutely delicious homemade desserts to extraordinary cured meats.

04/04/2025: Delicious restaurant with Argentine cuisine where we had the pleasure of having dinner during a short stop in the area. Very tasty meat dishes, as well as dessert. The very kind and attentive staff, not only for the great attention to food issues, in my case gluten-free (local AIC) but also for recommending the type of dishes based on the customer's tastes. I highly recommend it and if we are in the area again we will definitely be back!

Added to this is an efficient and serene table service. The dishes are cooked with extreme care. Even the plating is well taken care of. The serene and relaxed atmosphere makes the stay at the restaurant truly pleasant. The cost of the dinner is in line with the quality I found, fair ... ❤️. You can feel that there is love and passion in their work by the owners

22/06/2025: A beautiful place in the heart of Bormio. Great selection of food and wine, honest service and excellent customer care. I visited Enoteca Guanella with friends and overall had a great experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere charming and the staff very attentive. There was a small error on the bill that I didn't notice until the next day when I was elsewhere. I contacted the restaurant and they handled the situation in a completely professional manner - they responded quickly, apologized and refunded the amount claimed. You rarely see such honesty and customer care. I really appreciate their fair approach and clear communication. Next time I'm in Bormio, I will definitely be back - and I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great atmosphere, quality food and sincere service.

15/06/2025: Excellent food! We spontaneously got a table for two at 7:30 p.m. A large selection of very high-quality wines – the wine recommendation to accompany the meal was excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant – definitely recommended!

30/05/2025: What a beautiful restaurant, I come here a few times a year with colleagues and friends to eat typical food from Valtellina, especially Sciatt and Pizzoccheri. Marino is a great person and so is every staff member here and they will make you feel at home. I love this place and will always come back when I have the chance. I also highly recommend the Zabaione as dessert.

03/06/2025: My review only concerns the restaurant; we weren't at the hotel. Simply some of the best meat I've ever eaten. The beef tartare is decadent, it's so excellent. The venison carpaccio is to die for, it's so tender and flavorful. The rest of the meal as well. I'm only giving it 4 stars, not 5, because the service, while very professional, competent, and attentive, lacks warmth, and that's something important to us.

Lei, la cuoca, è una vera maestra nella preparazione di piatti vegetariani e vegani, capaci di stupire per la creatività e l’equilibrio dei sapori. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro: ricercato, curatissimo nella presentazione, con un meraviglioso assortimento di colori e guarnizioni a base di fiori eduli che aggiungono bellezza e delicatezza. L’ambiente è arredato in stile minimal, essenziale ma accogliente, perfettamente in linea con la filosofia del locale. Un posto perfetto per chi cerca qualcosa di autentico, sano e sorprendente.
