I've been frequenting this temple of haute cuisine for two years now, and what continues to amaze me is their almost supernatural ability to maintain an extremely high standard, night after night, season after season. The cuisine blends impeccable technique, gastronomic memory, and contemporary intuition with disarming ease. The offerings are never predictable: each dish is a declaration of intent, a story that weaves together tradition, research, and innovation with rare coherence. 04/01/2026: ...you ring and... it's the best anticipation you can have, because you know what awaits you, or rather, you think so!! You're immediately greeted with courtesy and elegance, right up to the restaurant entrance where I'll wait for you to put away your jacket or coat. Then you're escorted to your table, and from there the lust begins. Knowing what's cooking is fantastic, with fantastic pairings and exquisite ingredients. I assure you that with just two simple things to start the aperitif (mortadella and schiacciata), you'll already be in raptures. A menu rich in variety, from fish to seasonal truffles, game, and vegan options, so your imagination will fill your taste buds. @Matteo Ugolotti, the Chef, and his entire team, do truly extraordinary things, so what are you waiting for... go and enjoy yourself, feeling at home with grace and ease. €€€ P.s Grande Cantina

14/12/2025: This is a double review for Drinc and Drinc Different. On a recent visit to Milan with my girlfriend we decided to explore what Milan has to offer for cocktail and mixology lovers or just enjoyers of having a good drink in a bar and wow it's a lot. Having explored a rather large portion I can now confidently say that Drinc and Drinc dif. is some of the best that Milan has to offer.  The warm atmosphere, great hospitality of the owners and the bar staff and the excellent drinks on the menu (and those off the menu, created on personal requests) are all reasons that if you have any interest in mixology, you should be putting either, (or better yet BOTH) of these bars in your future plans for the next visit, or weekly hangout with friends. I know that this is the first (and probably also last) place I’m going to be, the next time I’m in town. PS: As the bars are relatively small it may be worth to call in advance and make a reservation, especially if you are a larger group

20/10/2025: It's not easy to explain what Luis's gelato is, because it's a combination of so many things. So I'll just say: go try it, sit back, and enjoy the sweetness of life.

10/10/2025: Beautiful gelato, creamy, not too sweet and every flavour I tried was the bomb. I especially liked malaga and pistachio. Owner a true gentleman. You can buy your gelato and go down to the quiet waterfront with benches to enjoy it. Loved it 10/10

15/01/2026: Everything was delicious, light, and healthy. They're located in the Oltrepò Pavese hills, a truly picturesque landscape! (It's a shame it's so hot, otherwise we would have taken a lovely walk around!) We highly recommend it!

29/12/2025: An excellent restaurant, a unique establishment that enhances and characterizes the entire Oltrepò area, both in its approach and the quality of its dishes. There are some understandable difficulties with booking (the opposite would be suspect, as everything is homemade), but this can be easily resolved through the owners' helpfulness. Highly recommended.
