Great restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was perfect.

Derby Grill Restaurant, okay, BISTRO! Very slow and distracted service; 20 minutes to order, 20 minutes for the coffee, which then arrives NOT correct. I was expecting the risotto to be made with the same ingredients as in the restaurant, but they got one you could easily find in a trattoria. And the prices aren't the least bit lower. If you're focused on the restaurant next door, then leave the bistro alone!

We stayed at the hotel and this was an absolute highlight of our time in Monza! Ristorante Derby Grill offers a truly beautiful atmosphere; we loved the variety of seating options, especially the glass-enclosed area which is perfect for soaking in the sun while dining. ​Both breakfast and dinner were stellar. While I didn't grab photos of the breakfast spread, it was exceptional and high-quality. For dinner, the risotto and beef pasta (pictured) were standout dishes, and the two appetizers we started with were perfectly prepared and balanced. Every bite was delicious. ​Beyond the food, the service was top-notch—attentive, professional, and warm. If you’re in Monza, this is a must-visit for a refined yet comfortable dining experience. Highly recommended!

This evening I had dinner with my mother and sister-in-law at this restaurant. It was a true experience of taste, knowledge, and heart. I received meticulous attention given my pregnancy, and the staff who looked after us were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We chose the tasting menu, which left us completely satisfied; our warmest compliments to the chef. I definitely recommend it and will be back very soon. Veronica

Easter lunch at the Derby Grill was truly excellent. We chose the tasting menu: varied, well-balanced, and meticulously prepared. The traditional appetizer was top-notch, followed by truly excellent ravioli. The main courses were also extraordinary, with lamb and asparagus prepared to perfection. As for desserts, they were impeccable. The pastiera, in particular, was simply incredible. We paired it all with an excellent 2020 Nebbiolo, perfectly in keeping with the caliber of the cuisine. Excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere on the veranda, elegant and relaxing. An experience definitely worth repeating.

I wanted to spend a lovely evening with my son, who was visiting me and whom I never see. Thank you to everyone, the chef, the waiter, and the dining room manager. It was a wonderful evening. Thank you with all my heart.
