If more than 3 Michelin stars could be given, Da Vittorio would deserve many more. In addition to the wonderful location surrounded by greenery and where everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, the thing that certainly strikes you most is the welcome, courtesy and attention of all the staff. They were able to guide us to discover each dish of the tasting menu we had chosen, always pairing excellent wines. Furthermore, we appreciated the fact that after the waiter asked us if there was a particular occasion for which we had decided to have lunch there, they prepared a small chocolate candle with a balloon for us and everyone came to wish us a happy birthday. . It was truly a gesture that was greatly appreciated and not at all taken for granted. A wonderful surprise. As for the menu, I expected to be left speechless, but there were some dishes that truly exceeded all expectations (I'm thinking for example of the foie gras cherry or the fassona carpaccio with rocket and wasabi, not to mention the Gioconda cake ). If I can give one piece of advice to anyone who will try the 8-course tasting menu, it is to come prepared: each course has a reasonable portion, but there are many "Appetite starters" and many desserts among "Our sweets", and there are none it's not even one worth leaving there. Prepare your stomach, we were extremely full (but also extremely happy) at the end of the menu. We can't wait to return to be able to taste those dishes that weren't on our tasting menu.

I've been to this wonderful restaurant, thanks to my friend Cristian, I'll start by talking about the service.... top top top, welcoming and helpful, my wife and I were very satisfied, we ordered an amazing double elephant ear, but first another equally amazing spicy aubergine, to conclude the desserts, special, both in terms of presentation and flavours.... Absolutely worth returning.... thanks again Cristian

A simple thank you is not enough, it is not a simple dinner, but you immediately feel "pampered and important", super efficient and helpful staff, food that is nothing short of perfect and worth every single price asked on the price list!!! see you soon

The location is unique! Everything was very nice, clean and organised. I ate outside where I enjoyed my lunch al fresco, I also took a look inside and the room is spectacular. I went to eat with my girlfriend, my brother and his girlfriend; we shared 4 first courses: a risotto “Portofino” with UNICO purple prawns, a pacchero “da Vittorio” cooked to perfection and with a very creamy and tasty sauce, a casoncello in which I loved the crunchy pea, and the “Eliche” with scampi, shiso, basil and pine nuts where you could feel the flavor of shiso which I loved! Then we devoured their cutlet, half classic and half Valdostana style... total bomb! The service was strange, not what I expected from a 3 star: all very informal, perhaps a little too much; the dining room manager sorely notes...to our tastes too invasive and insistent. Both during the order and during the payment he did not put us at ease. However, a unique experience. I had fun and ate well.

The restaurant shares ten acres of manicured grounds with a 5 star Relais & Chateaux hotel. There is a tennis court, two small lakes and a quite lovely terrace area which would be great during summer. The dining area is very elegant and beautifully appointed with lots of space between diners. There were four degustation menus ranging in price from EUR250 per person (vegetarian 8 courses) to EUR380 per person (16 courses) plus an A La Carte menu. We chose the "Passioni carnali" degustation with 8 meat courses but in reality there were a significant number of additional courses including amuse bouches (of which there were two), palate cleansers plus petit fours, bread etc. We started with two amuse bouche, which were followed by a hazelnut treat before the first of our eight courses, the venison carpaccio was delivered. Next was the beef tartare, a Porcini mushroom dish, numerous different types of house made bread, a risotto with a perfect egg on top, pasta (which is a house specialty and was made and served at the table) followed by beef with vegetables. At this stage we had a palate cleanser, followed by lots of petit fours, sweets (choose your own from a huge lolly trolley), chocolates etc. The pacing of the dishes was superb. We were there for 3 and a half hours but it seemed a lot less and there was a lot of theatre with dishes being made at the table. Service was exquisite. Our waiter was Vittorio, son of the chef and owner, who also came over on several occasions to check on whether we were enjoying his dishes. Absolutely. Wine list was extensive and also expensive. Our aperitivo, a 2008 Ca' Del Bosco Franciacorta, was EUR25 per glass, coffee was EUR9 per cup though San Pellegrino mineral water only EUR5 per bottle. A very memorable dining experience, not only for the hole it left in my wallet.

avevo aspettative alte per questa esperienza, trattandosi di un ristorante storico e uno dei pochi 3 stelle michelin in italia; la location è molto curata ed è fuori dal caos cittadino, ma allo stesso tempo l'ambiente interno è accogliente, con diversi tavoli non troppo vicini che quindi garantiscono riservatezza; personale attento ai dettagli e sempre disponibile per eventuali richieste e domande su menu, ingredienti, etc.; ho optato per il menu di carne e ritengo sia stata una scelta azzeccata: un percorso di diversi piatti che sono riusciti a unire tradizione con innovazione, passando anche per classici come i paccheri che sono sicuramente un qualcosa da provare nella loro semplicità; ciò che mi è rimasto impresso è sicuramente il cappuccino di patate e funghi, geniale nella sua presentazione; esperienza da fare, ovviamente i prezzi sono da 3 stelle michelin
