A warm climate, the heart of tradition dedicated to the highest cuisine. It warms Italian hearts which we also find in the environment; in the romantic and well-kept garden it is satisfying to look at it.

I think I've found my favorite restaurant! What a place! Beautiful, comfortable tables, perfect service, not too formal. Here you are truly pampered. Stunning wine list! Menu: you'll want to try every dish! Starry but not as creative as others, the dishes derive from tradition, they make you hungry and you don't leave with the same one. Wow! Finally there is the cigar room, fireplace and a good port or cognac to conclude the magical evening. My highest compliments!

Dal Pescatore a Canneto sull'Oglio è uno dei tre ristoranti trestellati della Lombardia Un'esperienza unica, cibo di qualità straordinaria, clima magico. 3 stelle raggiunte con amore. Il personale è assolutamente a livello di un posto di classe come questo.

Non bisogna spendere tante parole per definire "Dal Pescatore" e la Famiglia Santini: sono l'eccellenza italiana della ristorazione, dell'accoglienza e del servizio. E quando tutto questo funziona per anni diventa Tradizione, nella accezione più alta del termine: ciò che val la pena tramandare! La novità per me è stato un piatto fantastico: il fegato coi porcini. Estasi pura! E anche il costo è piacevole se rapportato a quanto il Cliente riceve

23/03/2024: Simply WOW! When we're travelling, we're always on the lookout for new, exciting vegan restaurants. And what can I say: Sottobosco Bistrot is probably the best vegan restaurant we've ever been to! The menu is simply amazing. A real explosion of flavour. And it's all vegan too. Everything is just right here: flavour, ingredients, but also the service and the presentation on the plate. We were surprised, as we would never have expected a restaurant like this in Grosseto. If you're ever in the area, you should definitely pay a visit to Sottobosco. Even if you're not vegan. The food is absolutely worth it!
