We were fortunate enough to be guests at Miramonti L'altro during a very quiet midweek lunch, so we enjoyed the attentive staff and the splendid bow window overlooking the garden. The location is comfortable and welcoming, as are the welcoming and professional staff. Having opted for the "Chez Philippe" menu, which was blind, the dishes weren't always to our liking, but that was purely down to personal preference. We'll definitely be back for masterpieces like #volevoessereunpomodoro and the iconic risotto, as well as some treats like the amuse-bouche, krapfen, and cannoli from the small pastry shop. An honorable mention goes to the young sommelier Simone: despite his age, he demonstrates a profound knowledge of the subject and a remarkable talent for pairings—definitely a resource worth cultivating and not letting go. I'm speechless... Must try. The only flaw... The chef's surprise menu included a dish I couldn't eat. I notified them, and they took it away, but nothing came to replace it... There should be a spare dish.

An unforgettable experience, spectacular ingredients and a wide variety of dishes. I recommend it to everyone. It's incomprehensible that they lost a second Michelin star when the offerings are worthy of a three-star rating!
