23/09/2025: A delightful discovery My wife and I ate excellent meat in a very pleasant atmosphere, with a piano bar that accompanied the dinner without being intrusive. Excellent quality meat, attentive and punctual service, absolutely fair prices. Recommended if you're passing through Sutri or aren't too far away and want to eat well, this is a restaurant worth considering.

02/09/2025: On vacation in Tuscia, we stayed at S'Osteria for a week. We loved the place; though basic, it has a refined and cheerful style, and it's centrally located. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was a treat with homemade desserts, and the staff was truly friendly and ready to offer advice. We also took advantage of the excellent restaurant, which is interesting because the menu includes both traditional dishes and pizza, as well as more unusual options. For example, the cold vegetable soup turned out to be a gazpacho, much appreciated after a hot summer day. We really enjoyed our stay.

20/10/2025: We went to this restaurant with our family after a weekend in Viterbo. I decided to book based on the good reviews. Everything was excellent, both the first and second courses, the meat was delicious, and the quality/price ratio was excellent compared to other places in the area that would rip you off! Compliments to Patrizio and the very friendly girl who served us.

02/10/2025: A lovely find near the center of Viterbo. Claudio, who serves, is friendly and helpful; the atmosphere is a bit small but welcoming. The food harks back to the old days and is truly delicious.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 14/10/2025: Under new management, what can I say about Peppone? We went to Peppone on Saturday evening and it was a real pleasure! There were 10 of us and we opted for their Roman-style pizza; it was delicious and light. But what really made the difference was the young team running the place: the owners and waiters were all super helpful, friendly, and personable. You can tell they care about making you feel good and giving their best. The service was fast and efficient, even though the place was packed. Congratulations to everyone, we'll definitely be back.

06/10/2025: Local food, authentic and impeccably prepared. Exceptional dining room service, with a smiling staff, always attentive and ready to offer advice. We also really enjoyed the wine from a local winery. An experience definitely worth repeating!

21/10/2025: An incredible experience with the owner, a great entertainer who makes us feel like we've known each other for a long time due to his way of doing things... excellent food, especially the fried chicken, and excellent craft beers too. In short, a place worth trying for anyone in the area... we'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: We go out for dinner a lot, but truly have to say: never had we ever a host like Michael. An absolut fantastic and heartwarming host who does what he loves. You can tell that he is passionate about his restaurant and values quality and regional food. We were delighted to be his guest and our two small children couldn’t have been any happier. The food Michaels wonderful wife prepared was delicious and we almost couldn’t keep up with the high quality shots (gin/rum/whiskey) we were provided with. 😄 We want to thank you, Michael for this lovely experience and the sweet memory you gave us. 08/10/2025: The place is well-stocked with a bit of everything, and the dealership staff, who specialize in motorcycle sales, are very friendly and polite, as are those who handle clothing. But the same cannot be said for the workshop and its management; 9 times out of 10, they seem almost annoyed by having to interact with the customer, and the mechanics aren't very attentive to detail.

07/10/2025: We ate very well. Pizza rossa, Margherita, radicchio and gorgonzola, and zucchini. Excellent quality. Aside from the supplì, we haven't had one this stringy in a long time. Reasonable prices. Kudos to the "Pelati" for their kindness. Definitely worth a try.
