23/05/2025: Drove 30 minutes for what we thought would be a cozy pizza night only to be turned away at the door because we didn’t make a reservation (which, by the way, wasn’t mentioned anywhere on Google Maps). So we settled for takeaway… and a romantic wait in the cold drizzle outside. By the time we got back, the pizza was colder than the welcome we got but hey, at least we know it tastes amazing if you ever catch it warm. 5 stars for the pizza, 1 for the hospitality averaging out to a solid “bring your own heater.”

18/05/2025: Bastiano (Marco) the owner is a person who knows what he's doing. The food is excellent, the place is a trattoria with outdoor space. The first courses are excellent and the pistachio tiramisu 'Sbagliato' is very good.

26/05/2025: The place is simply wonderful. We had dinner with friends and we were all satisfied. In this magnificent location overlooking the lake you can taste delicious lake cuisine. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend their local white wine which I would say is very good. Excellent quality/price ratio.

25/05/2025: We had already been to this restaurant several times, always finding excellent food on the lake shore, with attentive and very kind staff. Today, since we had not booked in advance, they made us sit outside in the bar area and warned that we could only take a few dishes, since the restaurant was full. We had mixed bruschetta and fried lake fish for two, all good, even if in the fried fish, to my taste, there were too many lattarini. The negative point, however, came when it came to the bill: 69 euros for two plates of bruschetta, two fried fish, half a liter of house wine and two coffees seemed a bit too much.

20/05/2025: Strepitoso!!! Abbiamo trovato questo posto un po’ per caso ed è stata una sorpresa. La posizione incantevole, il menù per noi curioso perché non avevamo mai mangiato pesce di lago ci ha lasciati piacevolmente stupiti. Dagli antipasti al primo ogni boccone era un’esplosione di sapori. Buono anche il vino locale che ci hanno consigliato. Il valore aggiunto lo danno però il papà pescatore la mamma cuoca e il figlio in sala, come cenare a casa di amici. Bravissimo anche il cameriere Angelo, dalla Galizia, che mentre descriveva i piatti faceva venir voglia di mangiare tutto. Devo dire il conto finale contenuto. Consigliatissimo

02/05/2025: Locale molto molto carino,ben tenuto e caratteristico. Le pizze sono veramente buone, scrocchiarelle e molto digeribili. Ma la particolarità è sicuramente la dimensione... giganti servite su due piatti... ma nn si lascia nulla nel piatto nemmeno il bordo vanno giù che è una meraviglia! Buonissimi anche i fritti (non fritti) e i dolci fatti in casa. Da provare assolutamente e buona coduria... come dice Antonella eccellente padrona di casa e simpaticissima!! ti fa sentire a casa. 02/05/2025: Advertised as the best pizzeria in Tuscia, this pizzeria does not disappoint expectations. The pizza is thin and really excellent, served on two plates for those who are hungry, but also available in a smaller version on request. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, accompanied by tasty appetizers, often offered in the lighter baked version rather than fried. The selection of beers is also good. The service is courteous and efficient. A pleasant discovery in an unexpected context.

24/04/2025: We had a great time today at this restaurant in Caprarola! The refined and themed aspect gave us the opportunity to review Caravaggio's beautiful paintings and explain them to our daughter, always curious to listen to new stories while waiting for the dishes. I must say that, in this case, the wait was very short: the kind waitress quickly brought the ordered dishes, which we really liked. Also noteworthy is the availability of gluten-free dishes, from appetizers to desserts, truly appreciated! We recommend it

22/04/2025: Took a rest day while hiking the via francigena. came for the kebab at lunch which was great. Came back for dinner and got pizza and was even better. Can’t beat the price and quality!
