04/04/2026: Superb restaurant! Excellent seafood, high quality. Fairly priced. Intimate and elegant atmosphere, in the historic center of Viterbo. Must try the tuna and the pear in wine for dessert. Fantastic.
20/03/2026: An excellent experience in every way. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and always available. The food was truly high-quality, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors. In particular, the gnocchi with clams and bottarga were simply exceptional, perfectly balanced and rich in flavor. The tuna also stood out for its freshness and superior quality. Definitely a place to recommend and return to.

10/05/2026: This is our favorite restaurant; we've been coming here for years, both as a couple and with friends. Each time we come, we discover new dishes, always well-crafted, with interesting flavor combinations.
We recommend visiting on a summer evening to enjoy the cool air on the small terrace, with a view of the tower and the medieval square. But it's also nice in the winter, inside, with a roaring fireplace.
We always love returning.
05/05/2026: Small restaurant next to the Torre di Lavello with a panoramic terrace and pergola.
Varied and original menu, excellent appetizers, especially the beef tartare accompanied by raw artichokes, apple, and raw spinach, and the cod tart with raisins and pine nuts on a bed of mashed potatoes and garnished with caramelized onion.
The first courses were also excellent, with the cacio e pepe served on a bed of beetroot puree being excellent.
Perhaps the toppings were a bit too generous, but overall I'd say everything was very good.
Professional and courteous service.
This charming place could use a renovation that would further enhance its value.

03/05/2026: The restaurant was recommended to us during a coffee break at a café near the lake: it was absolutely spot on. The atmosphere, decorated in shades of blue, white, and brown, exudes a unique sense of tranquility, aided by soft background music at just the right volume for pleasant conversation. The staff are the real asset: courteous, highly knowledgeable, fast, and always available. The food is excellent, with an honorable mention for the pasta, clearly homemade and exceptionally delicious. An impeccable experience in every way.
03/05/2026: We had dinner with the family at the suggestion of a friend...fast service and excellent dishes...the tortelli were truly exquisite...as were the octopus and the fried fish...

30/04/2026: A place I discovered by chance where I had a good lunch last year. Reasonable prices. The lady and staff are kind and friendly, the trattoria is simple and charming, and the food is very good. I hope to return soon. The place is a bit hidden, but highly recommended. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

19/04/2026: Excellent experience, I took the Hamburger test 🍔 and passed it with flying colors for the quality and goodness of the meat and the excellent bread used for the sandwich. The supplì were also excellent, both the traditional ones and the Canepinese one... courtesy and availability at the table with the utmost respect. 😉
16/03/2026: I discovered this place thanks to a friend and have been back several times. The pizza is Neapolitan-style, and it's one of the best I've ever had! The staff is friendly and helpful, even accommodating our various intolerance requests, which often require changes to the toppings. I always love coming back!

14/04/2026: The place isn't very nice, but it's very popular, being right at the entrance to town. We had pizza, and the toppings were top-notch. The only flaw is the dough, which looks like a real cracker. I don't know if that's a characteristic of theirs, but I personally didn't like it very much. The owner, however, was excellent, welcoming us even though they were closing. The prices were fair.

During the three villages walk, we had dinner at this osteria.
Hospitality, courtesy, and a lamb dish that was out of this world. Highly recommended.

20/03/2026: Last Sunday, my wife and I came to this place for dinner. We ordered, among other things, a focaccia without ham, but when we got the bill, they charged us for the focaccia with prosciutto. When we pointed this out, the manager replied that they only serve focaccia with prosciutto. So whether you eat it or not, you have to pay for the ham. Ah, how is it possible that a pizzeria doesn't have a plain focaccia on the menu?... and yet they're so inflexible? I don't recommend it.
