18/07/2025: Ottima caffetteria dove fare colazione/ merenda dove tranquillamente puoi trovare dal senza glutine (con brioche e muffin prodotte da loro), al senza zucchero e molto altro (tra cui il latte senza lattosio). Brioche molto buone. Ho provato anche i biscotti alla lavanda che ho trovato molto delicati. Cortesia, servizio e prezzi top.

11/07/2025: Four of us, from England, visited on spec on a Thursday evening in July. We were enticed by the sign on the street saying English was spoken, and were greeted like old friends. The food was fantastic, the wine excellent, and the beer good. And a bonus for English folk like us - the proprietor spent many years living and working in London and was happy to reminisce about times past. A very happy evening spent, and would recommend to anyone.

04/08/2025: We stayed for one night, but the hotel is also suitable for a longer stay, as it has a pool and outdoor space. The owner was very kind and allowed us to keep the room well past the checkout deadline. The rate was competitive with B&Bs and agritourisms. Breakfast and lunch were also excellent. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Pets are also welcome.

28/07/2025: We had an excellent traditional meat-based antipasto and a spectacular pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

04/08/2025: This restaurant made my experience in Bolsena even more special. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The dishes are authentic, and you can clearly taste the passion and care that goes into their preparation. The owner is present, kind, and willing to share the story behind each dish, showcasing local specialties. I chose those, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The dessert "Come viene, viene," a house specialty, was the icing on the cake. It turned out really well, a true delight. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: A little gem in Bolsena. Excellent lake fish dishes, good house wine, excellent and fast service. Absolutely average prices. It's a shame we had the only morning with bad weather, otherwise they would have let us sit on the beautiful veranda! Compliments to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 26/08/2025: The food is as good as at many other places, and considering the service, I wouldn't go back. Ultimately, eating out should be a pleasure... if the waiter serving you makes you feel like he's doing you a favor, something's wrong. Generally, the people working there (and I dare say quite a few) aren't the most welcoming, but being told (rather than go to the kitchen to inquire) that I should choose a different dish because they "didn't know" whether the one I ordered contained an ingredient I didn't like is ridiculous! The smug, arrogant expression of "get something else" has no justification whatsoever. I absolutely don't recommend it!

30/07/2025: The place is very welcoming, as is the staff. But the undisputed stars are the dishes: delicious! More than anything, they're made according to tradition. In my opinion, that's what I prefer, especially if I'm eating out.

20/07/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria serving very good food in generous portions, excellent value for money. The daily menu is highly recommended. Good service, courtesy of a kind and friendly staff.

03/08/2025: The place is well-stocked with a bit of everything, and the dealership staff, who specialize in motorcycle sales, are very friendly and polite, as are those who handle clothing. But the same cannot be said for the workshop and its management; 9 times out of 10, they seem almost annoyed by having to interact with the customer, and the mechanics aren't very attentive to detail.

20/07/2025: 100% recommended if you go to Viterbo you can't miss stopping to eat, there is nothing negative from the service to the food and at a good price the calzone we had was correct but the pizzas are spectacular if you order a pizza picola it is already large and the large pizzas are brought in two plates brutally

20/07/2025: Nice place, good food, but an hour for pizza is too long. We waited a long time from when we sat down to when the menu was brought. I understand the crowd, but there was enough staff to split up. The environment was very, very hot, with no air conditioning and only two fans! I expected more, especially from the menu, which doesn't include a children's menu, even with cutlet and chips! The pizza in the context is good, the desserts are good, I recommend them, but you have to be very patient with the service.

04/08/2025: The restaurant is located in a 16th-century building with an original frescoed ceiling. The friendly and courteous staff makes guests feel completely at home. The extensive menu features dishes made with top-quality ingredients and expertly crafted. Definitely recommended.
