The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting with a stunning view. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the location. There was no music or atmosphere, which made the place feel a bit lifeless. The food took a very long time to arrive, and communication was difficult because most of the staff didn’t speak English.
As for the food, it was inconsistent. While a few dishes were genuinely delicious, most of the dishes we ordered were disappointing and lacked flavor. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations, despite the beautiful location.

I stayed at this enchanting place on a Sunday at the end of July, recommended by a friend. Everything was perfect. The staff were young and knowledgeable, the food was excellent, and the location was priceless.

Amazing! 👍 If you love frittura di mare, or fried seafood, you absolutely must visit this restaurant. Cooked to perfection, incredible flavor!!! That alone is worth 5 stars 🌟. The service: super friendly! Incredibly nice staff who really connect with their guests, making you feel welcome – another 5 stars 🌟. The ambiance: right on the lake, with a stunning view! And again, 5 stars 🌟. Be careful when choosing the wine ☝️ it's incredibly delicious, but it'll knock you out instantly 😅. In short: Deserves 100 stars 🌟! Mille Grazie, a prossimo ano 👍

Simply a fantastic place where delicious, high-quality food meets prompt, fast, and professional service, as well as everyone's friendliness. The staff is fantastic. I was here again today; I've been here every year now because I love it so much. All this in a fantastic setting, that of Lake Bolsena. The tables overlooking the lake are an incomparable treat, and today they reserved a top spot for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Congratulations, "La Capanna del Pescatore."
