05/05/2025: Abbiamo fatto tappa in questo luogo d’incanto fra ulivi e cipressi per pranzare lungo il trasferimento da sud a nord. A pochi km dall’uscita del casello di Orte è comodo per una sosta ma soggiornarvi dev’essere stupendo, al confine tra Lazio e Umbria. Cibo ottimo e accoglienza cordiale. Da segnare e tornare.

03/05/2025: Very kind staff, excellent food and impeccable restaurant, really no rooms, too old, shower without glass but with curtain, small TV and also the fridge a bit noisy, but a positive experience if you think about the dinner/overnight combination

24/03/2025: 15 of us stayed in this facility. We were struck by the competence, kindness, hospitality and harmony of all the staff who gave us so much positivity. The cuisine was excellent, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The very kind chef Giorgio also explained the recipes to us. Highly recommended.

01/06/2025: The Fisherman's Hut......what can I say, if not a splendid location, with Lake Bolsena lapping the shores of this simple and wonderful restaurant: a culinary experience worthy of this land; 2 mixed starters, tonnarelli allo scoglio, fried seafood, seared tuna on a bed of julienned courgettes, lemon sorbet and a chocolate sponge cake with cream and Nutella, all washed down with a divine white Grechetto Laziale, and two coffees.... 110 euros, a truly balanced quality-price ratio.... the owner and staff, attentive and friendly at the same time, and deserve, in my opinion, a visit to this truly suggestive place at sunset, and with the delicious cuisine of this part of Tuscia

30/05/2025: Posto incantevole e romantico che si affaccia con le sue vetrate direttamente sul lago. Ho potuto assistere durante la serata a un tramonto favoloso...Ottimo cibo e pesce freschissimo. Ci ritornerò per festeggiare il mio anniversario di matrimonio. Personale gentile e molto accorto. Consigliatissimo😍

01/05/2025: Luisa ed il suo staff vi invitano nella loro sala da pranzo per gustare i loro prodotti aziendali. Il sito è immerso nel verde della vallata alle porte di Montefiascone, non distante dal lago di Bolsena. I piatti che vengono proposti sono gustosi ed appetitosi e genuini. Non mi credete? Allora non vi resta che andarci per toccare con le vostre papille gustative.

26/04/2025: Torniamo in questo ristorante dopo qualche anno di assenza e troviamo il medesimo clima elegante , curato e casalingo, mix arduo da gestire. Il menù è vario e interessante tant’è che nell’indecisione abbiamo preso numerose portate. Antipasto composto da selezione di formaggi prodotti in azienda e prosciutto Patanegra veramente eccezionale. Come primo consiglio vivamente i panzerotti con brasato di bufala, per secondo una Farana ripiena, in tutta onestà tra i piatti migliori mangiati al mondo. Non c’è guida Michelin o ristorante stellato che possa reggere il confronto. Da provare ASSOLUTAMENTE. Ps. Prezzi qualità prezzo da 10 e lode.
