01/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato una sera di aprile presso questa osteria, l’oste Alessandro è stato molto piacevole gentile ed empatico, la cena ottima prodotti di grande qualità preparati con semplicità ma con grande attenzione. Consiglia assolutamente il posto.

28/04/2025: Il servizio è cordiale, gentile. Spiegazione dei piatti top ed il proprietario molto simpatico. Posto carino ma purtroppo l'offerta e la qualità del cibo non è all'altezza del servizio. Da rivedere la proposta, soprattutto la grigliata mi ha deluso parecchio.

03/05/2025: With my partner, we had organized a day in Caprarola to visit Palazzo Farnese and its gardens, to end the day we had booked at the hostaria, we were welcomed into the room by two girls dressed in style, very nice, helpful and very professional, typical cuisine... true goodness, everything was excellent!! Maurizio perfect host and kitchen, perfect girls, more than honest account taking into account the quality of the food. Keep it up!!!!! Lucio and Gioia

29/04/2025: Excellent experience, refined cuisine with excellent local products. Very kind staff. Everything as I had imagined. Hypogean environment. The well under the table is suggestive. Highly recommended.

03/06/2025: We arrived during the town festival so it was a bit chaotic but honestly the food was average nothing more didn't impress me, kind and helpful staff. The risotto was nothing special the ravioli were good the rest was so-so.

25/04/2025: I went to the Bistrot in Viterbo and left really satisfied! I ate very well: every dish, from the first course to the dessert, was studied in detail and rich in flavour. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and professional staff. An experience that I highly recommend to those looking for high-level cuisine in a welcoming environment.

Dopo due esperienze parzialmente negative avute in altre trattorie di tuscania , Ho seguito il consiglio della nostra sarta e in questa trattoria abbiamo pranzato molto bene spendendo molto poco. Per antipasto abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di formaggi e crostini per due persone ma era talmente abbondante che era sufficiente per 4 persone. Come primi abbiamo ordinato due piatti di ombrichelli, uno alla carbonara e uno alla Matriciana, molto buoni. Servizio ottimo ed accogliente. Ottimo posto dove mangiare in questa bellissima località’

30/03/2025: Una bella scoperta . E dire che frequento Montalto da una vita e non lo conoscevo. La formula è bistrot con una interessante proposta di vini e bollicine e dei piatti dí accompagnamento davvero ottimi . Ho mangiato i migliori fiori di zucca (al forno) della mia vita . Il personale è molto garbato , professionale e accogliente. Fatevi guidare dal giovane sommelier Filippo supportato adeguatamente da Mamma Letizia in cucina e dal Papà Stefano . Davvero bravi .

15/03/2025: Se sei stanco del classico ristorante del sabato sera e vuoi fare un esperienza culinaria PERSONALE questo e' il posto giusto! Enoteca a conduzione familiare, una piccola realtà che porta passione, tradizione e amore in quello che fa, dalla cucina alle etichette presenti da poter degustare. Il proprietario ci ha raccontato tutti i piatti con possibile accopiamento di vini. Cio' che risalta e' la ricerca che questo ragazzo mette nei dettagli e di conseguenza in cio' che propone alla sua clientela. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa e di questi tempi frenetici in cui l'unico obiettivo e' fatturare e fare numeri non e' per niente scontato. Fateci un salto perché ne vale veramente la pena, bravi e a presto!

15/02/2025: Discovered by chance while we were looking for something quick to eat before reaching the lake, excellent choice of particular and artisanal sandwiches but also platters with cold cuts, cheeses and bruschetta... We took 3 delicious sandwiches, the prices are low and the owners are super kind. I highly recommend it!
