23/08/2024: This restaurant is so good! The food taste delicious and very fresh. The people are very friendly and they speak english. It was our first visit to a restaurant in Italy and we have such a good memory. We will be back next year. I strongly recommend.

23/07/2024: OPINION RELATING TO THE RESTAURANT, because I didn't stay there but only ate there for lunch. ABSOLUTELY UNSUITABLE FOR VEGANS. A pasta with tomato and courgettes (€15) and 3 side dishes was the best they could offer us. Even the side dishes arrived before the pasta, because at 12.40 the kettles were full (but the room was semi-deserted) and it would have taken 20 minutes for the pasta. So 3 pasta with tomato and courgettes, 3 side dishes, 2 undrinkable coffees, €83.

21/08/2024: Ideal for families on vacation. Various pizza slices, but also whole round pizzas and hot dogs are available there from the afternoon onwards. We have tried almost everything during our visits to Lake Bolsena. We also love the Nutella pizzas! All very tasty. Very friendly and great service. 👍 And it's also available in perfect English. We're always happy to come back!

21/09/2024: Factory on the shores of Lake Bolsena not far from the town. We were two families with 3 children, 2 of which were under three years old. Beautiful well-kept lawn with regular ground (they don't even lay towels on the ground to preserve the turf), beach-style umbrellas and sunbeds. The entrance into the water is characterized by large stones but on the left, near the pier, there is a strip of sand to enter without problems, clean water even in the afternoon, the best stretch of the lake still remains the Bolsena Montefiascone Marta Capodimonte side both for water cleaning and landscaping. The catering part can be improved: you have to order at the bar from the relevant menu, indicating the table number and take a drink, then the waiter will bring the ordered food, which is very good, to the table. Unfortunately it is not written anywhere and, at least to us, no one has told us.

15/12/2024: It confirms what excellent previous visits had offered. On par with the top three restaurant establishments in Viterbo. Entering the bistro is like entering the dining room of a friend's house, welcoming as is the service, discreet but attentive and present, the food offers excellent quality raw materials. Very small flaw, not a criticism but a tip for cooking, pay attention to the rabbit sauce, very slightly savory, but I was being picky. Top top top, see you soon

23/10/2024: Ambiente accogliente, pochi tavoli, consigliata prenotazione. Ci si sente a casa. Consigliati gli gnocchetti di farro e ragù bianco. La carne deve essere assaggiata, consigliata con il condimento(olio sale e pepe) lasciando fare in cucina

22/10/2024: Fuggite da questo posto dove non conoscono cosa sia l’educazione né la considerazione del cliente. Non abbiamo neanche assaggiato il cibo perché siamo stati trattati in modo talmente maleducato, ancor prima di averci salutato, che ci siamo alzati e siamo andar via.

22/07/2024: If you pass through Civita Castellana I recommend making a stop in this small restaurant, we felt at home, the owner was friendly and kind, the quality of the dishes was excellent, from the mixed platter to the abundant pasta and the meat that melts in your mouth, a must try.
