04/05/2026: I'm sad to write this review. The restaurant had been highly recommended to me by friends who frequent it often, and I must say the location is beautiful: it feels like eating by the lake. Unfortunately, at least in our experience, the service left much to be desired. I brought my mother, a recent widow, along with her caregiver to give her a peaceful day away from home. We had reservations and arrived at 1:35 PM. The table wasn't in the best location, but given the influx of people, it was manageable, although other better-placed tables remained free the entire time. The main problem, however, was the service: we had to push for every stage of the meal because we seemed completely ignored. From ordering to main course, every request required an interminable wait. At 3:20 PM, the situation became truly frustrating: the table hadn't yet been cleared, while a couple of tables who arrived after us had already finished dessert. At that point, I went to the cashier to ask for at least a coffee for my mother and the bill. The owner's response was that "only 80 minutes had passed since we ordered," which I found disrespectful given the situation. I don't know what criteria they use to treat customers, but it's hard not to feel like we're being treated with little attention. We left disappointed, annoyed, and without even an apology, actually feeling like we were being looked at with annoyance. A real shame, because the place is worth it, and I would have gladly returned! We were your guests the day before, but thank you for your attention! 27/04/2026: A restaurant nestled in the greenery, on the border between Vetralla and the forest. The place is well-kept, rustic, and has ample parking. The cuisine is homemade and rooted in Roman tradition. The meat appetizer for two was very good. More than the cured meats (good, as were the pickles and cheeses), I especially appreciated the hot dishes, especially the lamb offal. We then ordered two mixed grills, which we appreciated not only for their quality but also for their cooking. Truly excellent! The fries were good, and the portions were generous. The desserts were also very good. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were fair.

01/04/2026: We come here periodically with friends and relatives for someone's birthday, and I have to say that this last visit was very disappointing, especially regarding the service, which was very slow. We arrived at 1.15pm and the starter was served at 1.45pm, and the first course an hour and a half later, which made us give up on ordering the second course. It's a shame because the food is very good.

15/03/2026: A tour of Tuscia cannot exclude the village of masterpieces, Bassano Romano. A discovery of friendly people, nature, tastes, and flavors. At Emme's house, they welcomed us and recommended a game-based menu. Everything was excellent, even the desserts, some different and original. We certainly appreciated the rustic, refined atmosphere, the professional and friendly service, the original cuisine with almost impossible-to-find dishes, and authentic flavors. 25/04/2026: The pizza you don't expect. ​"I stopped by this place by chance and couldn't have made a better discovery. I only tried the pizza, but it was so good I'd go back a thousand times by chance! ​The dough is excellent and the ingredients taste good. To top it all off, the service is truly welcoming and friendly, making you want to stay. ​Sometimes the unexpected stops are the ones that yield the best surprises.

20/02/2026: A small gourmet restaurant serving creative dishes that respect tradition and the finest ingredients. We enjoyed all of Chef Francesco's dishes and highly recommend his cuisine. Don't limit yourself to pizza! The prices are absolutely fair and allowed us to enjoy Michelin-starred dishes we wouldn't have been able to afford elsewhere. The presentation of dishes and ingredients is meticulous without becoming ostentatious. The service is meticulously timed between courses, allowing you to enjoy your meal with care and attention!

03/05/2026: We went on Easter Monday and despite the holiday and the restaurant being full, there was no lack of kindness, courtesy and helpfulness from the staff with advice and excellent service regarding the food, practically everything was excellent with fresh and well-cooked fish!!!

02/05/2026: This place looks great; given the reviews already there, we had no doubts. In fact, the place looks excellent, no complaints at all. The food is quality, and the bread is homemade—really, nothing to complain about. The sandwich is especially good: tasty and nice and large. A tip to make it even better is to add some sauce to the sandwich. The blonde waiter was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

The experience at this sushi restaurant was truly special: excellent food, a refined setting, and the perfect atmosphere for such a significant occasion. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always attentive and professional, but especially to Paola, who was truly kind to us. Her attention to detail made the evening even more beautiful, and the gesture of offering us cake and liquor was truly unexpected and much appreciated. It's small gestures that make a difference and transform a simple dinner into an unforgettable memory. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming experience. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

17/04/2026: If there were more stars I would give double... exceptional sushi. Living in Rome I have been to many but over the years the quality was no longer what it once was. However today I had lunch in this restaurant and I rediscovered the flavors that made me love sushi. The sauces were delicious. Fast service, attentive and kind waitress. We will be back.
