A lovely little restaurant with friendly, young staff. Excellent food, served promptly and attentively. The seafood appetizer, artichoke and potato parmigiana, and tonnarelli were all delicious. Generous portions. Recommended!

Excellent quality food, expertly prepared. Welcoming place. The owner is truly friendly, professional, and very kind. She offered us a taste of carbonara, which was truly exceptional. A very pretty location with tables in the square. Despite the winter day, the sun was lovely. We mostly had typical Viterbo dishes: fregnacce, acquacotta (fantastic), and artichoke parmigiana. Everything was very tasty. House wine, water, coffee, and a friendly atmosphere all came to a very reasonable €30 per person.

27/04/2026: A restaurant nestled in the greenery, on the border between Vetralla and the forest. The place is well-kept, rustic, and has ample parking. The cuisine is homemade and rooted in Roman tradition. The meat appetizer for two was very good. More than the cured meats (good, as were the pickles and cheeses), I especially appreciated the hot dishes, especially the lamb offal. We then ordered two mixed grills, which we appreciated not only for their quality but also for their cooking. Truly excellent! The fries were good, and the portions were generous. The desserts were also very good. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were fair.
01/04/2026: We come here periodically with friends and relatives for someone's birthday, and I have to say that this last visit was very disappointing, especially regarding the service, which was very slow. We arrived at 1.15pm and the starter was served at 1.45pm, and the first course an hour and a half later, which made us give up on ordering the second course. It's a shame because the food is very good.

15/03/2026: A tour of Tuscia cannot exclude the village of masterpieces, Bassano Romano. A discovery of friendly people, nature, tastes, and flavors. At Emme's house, they welcomed us and recommended a game-based menu. Everything was excellent, even the desserts, some different and original. We certainly appreciated the rustic, refined atmosphere, the professional and friendly service, the original cuisine with almost impossible-to-find dishes, and authentic flavors. Recommended Reservations recommended, otherwise you risk missing out. #borghietruschi #bassanoromano #acasadiemme
