We were passing through a few weeks ago by chance... beautiful setting... room carved into the tuff... the layout is also beautiful. They welcomed us very well. The dishes ordered were perfect... (with praise for the dessert).. as was the wine from a local winery... everything in season and fresh. Great selection of meats from around the world! In addition to friendliness and friendliness... extreme professionalism and passion for this work distinguish those who welcomed us. WELL DONE! keep it up! PS we were with our dog, no problem for our animal friends: Top!

Kindness is at home. The quality of the dishes combined with the kindness of the staff who welcome you make you forget you are in a restaurant. Furthermore, the internal location dug into the cave has its own reason.

This is our favorite restaurant! Niko and his staff are great, and the food is amazing! We always order off menu and get one of the 30/60/90-day dry-aged steaks in the display case at the front of the restaurant. Stefania always takes care of us and her service is on point. We usually let her pick the wine and it never disappoints!

Accoglienza sempre calda e cortese di Stefania che con Fabio ci hanno coccolato per tutto il pranzo. Dalla cucina Alessandro si supera con piatti stellati. Ottimi dolci d grande cantina .

Gran bella serata! Tutto buonissimo e servizio eccellente. Il locale è unico, indimenticabile. Devo ritornarci! Discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma penso che pagare qualcosa in più per ciò che ricevi è più che ragionevole. Consigliatissimo

Bellissimo e suggestivo locale scavato nella pietra e arredato con luci calde. Ottima la cucina a cominciare dal tortino ai porcini, per passare agli spaghetti alla chitarra fino alla fiorentina. Servizio gentile, efficiente fino a che il locale non si è riempito ed a quel punto ci sono stati un po di errori ( per questo il voto in meno).
Conto non economico ma coerente con la qualità offerta.
