Tutto molto buono dagli antipasti al dolce!! Location molto carina. Servizio e conto ok!! Tutto perfetto!!! Da consigliare assolutamente!!!!

Ristorante scelto seguendo le valutazioni di Tripadvisor. Appena arrivati ci accoglie Alessandro che subito ci fa sentire come se fossimo arrivati a casa di un amico, ci ha poi spiegato il menù aggiungendo chicche e dettagli molto simpatici. Abbiamo iniziato con due primi, una Papalina ed uno spaghetto alla Proietti ( si proprio Gigi Proietti, la ricetta è sua!) serviti dentro a delle padelle, ottimi entrambi. Proseguendo abbiamo preso una grigliata mista e un panunto (salsicce e pancetta con pane/unto ), patate al forno come contorno, anche per i secondi livello ottimo sia di prodotti che di esecuzione. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosso della casa. Per finire una mousse ai frutti di bosco che era qualcosa di spettacolare! Poi Alessandro ci ha fatto assaggiare degli amari alla castagna ed alla nocciola, entrambe buonissimi, ma quello alla nocciola top! Se passate per Viterbo sarebbe un peccato perdere queste delizie, consigliatissimo.

You can taste excellent typical dishes (e.g. tripe) and the place and the service have typical characteristics of a real tavern. The pasta very well seasoned and generous portions. Excellent house wine. Owner and son very nice and helpful. Exquisite local bitters served in a "special" way. I personally loved the background music (70s-2000s). Very large room inside also structured in small areas with the possibility of reserving them for a small group. Easy to park in the surrounding area (Valle Faul) and in the vicinity of the historic centre/San Pellegrino. Absolutely recommended!

You enter a real tavern, complete with Oste (owner), who interacts in a joking manner with all the customers. Excellent and well cooked food.
