We went with my partner, his mother, my newborn son, and my dog. Due to a problem, we arrived 30 minutes late from our booked time on a Saturday evening. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they were very empathetic and didn't make us feel bad about the delay or rush us. Delicious food, a very unique location, it felt like being in a cave. Highly recommended!

A truly wonderful evening. A warm welcome for both us and my two dogs. The owner, incredibly friendly, makes you feel at home: he told us so many anecdotes without ever being intrusive. The chickpea and chestnut soup was superb!!

The food is excellent, authentic, well-cooked, and rich but not greasy. The atmosphere is welcoming and delightful, but what struck me most was the owners' hospitality. Being greeted with a smile, a handshake, and a friendly introduction is not a given. You can feel the warmth because you can sense their deep love for this profession. I highly recommend it.

A very quaint, welcoming place carved into the rock. The host is very friendly and generous with information and suggestions. Excellent menu, rooted in the local and Lazio culinary traditions. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. The house wine is excellent.
