Without a doubt the best pasta in all of Italy!
We went to Rome, Florence and Oriveto and this small place on a historic hill takes the cake for best pasta in all of Italy.
Well worth it to come here.

We were served by the waiter Sergio with great hospitality and friendliness. The food was excellent, especially the beef tartare with truffle and pistachio mayonnaise. See you soon!

I don’t even know where to begin… I visited , that stunning hilltop village connected by a long, dramatic bridge—and honestly, I wasn’t prepared for what I experienced there.
Hidden in this magical place, I found a restaurant that completely blew me away. The food was simply incredible. Every dish was full of flavor, made with care, and tasted truly authentic. You can feel the passion in every bite.
To be completely honest, it’s worth going to this village just to eat there. No exaggeration—it’s the best food I’ve ever had in Rome.
If you ever find yourself anywhere near Civita di Bagnoregio, don’t hesitate. Go. Experience it. It’s something special.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
We came to this restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday in the splendid setting of the village of Civita di Bagnoregio. The lunch was delicious in its simplicity and beautifully presented, starting with the lovely ambiance, with a beautiful wisteria on the outdoor veranda. I highly recommend this place for a meal and a quality visit. The service was excellent and extremely friendly (especially the courtesy of letting us light a candle for dessert), despite the many tourists present.
Thank you for the wonderful experience! We'll be back!

I came to this osteria on Sunday with a group of friends. There were seven of us, and even though they don't take reservations on weekends, they immediately seated us at an outdoor table without even having to wait a minute.
The table was in the square, truly beautiful and charming.
The food was truly excellent and delicious.
The strawberry tiramisu was truly spectacular.
The staff was extremely kind and efficient, and the service was prompt.
I recommend it to anyone spending a day in this unique and enchanting destination.
