21/09/2025: A wonderful evening in Tuscania, an intimate restaurant with outdoor seating. Nine seafood courses, each one better than the last, good wine, and Augusto's smile and kindness were truly a treat. Compliments to the chef, the dishes were delicious. We'll be back soon.

20/09/2025: If you're looking for typical Tuscia food, this isn't the place. They try to make it a sort of gourmet restaurant, but ultimately it's a compromise that, in my opinion, doesn't really make sense. However, it's a matter of taste. Some dishes were edible, others less so, like the overly salty cod and the seafood risotto, which tasted like nothing, in my opinion. The service is excellent, thanks to Augusto, who is both obsequious and joking. At the table, a few different glasses and the straw chairs don't exactly match the average gourmet experience. The owner, Mr. Pietro, wasn't exactly a gentleman with his manners.

05/10/2025: A charming, beautiful, tastefully decorated venue with a wine cellar offering a wide selection of wines. The price is fair for what you get: beautifully presented, beautifully prepared dishes made with excellent ingredients. The staff, especially Andrea, who looked after us, was very friendly and professional. The carefully chosen background music made the atmosphere even more relaxing. We were just passing through, but if we ever have the chance, we'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work, guys!

02/10/2025: Trattoria del Cimino was a fantastic discovery! The pappardelle with hare were spectacular, with a rich, fragrant sauce that left you wanting more. The pici all'amatriciana were also delicious, simple yet rich in flavor. The rabbit was tender and flavorful, a heart-warming dish. To finish on a sweet note, the homemade hazelnut gelato... absolutely irresistible!

31/08/2025: The spelt gnocchi with sausage and porcini mushrooms are among the best first courses I've ever eaten. Definitely worth a try. Excellent restaurant, impeccable and extremely courteous service, and the location is also worth a visit, considering it's a former slaughterhouse.

16/09/2025: Located on a narrow street in the upper part of Bolsena's historic center, we dined on the street as evening fell. Special mention goes to the pork fillet with apples and a honey and balsamic vinegar reduction. The baked calamari was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Congratulations!

18/09/2025: A wonderful place! The pinsa is absolutely delicious – made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What’s more, it’s dog-friendly, which makes it even better. Highly recommended! 🐾🍕

22/08/2025: A very pleasant surprise. In the village of Caprarola, I had the opportunity to visit Casa del Gusto two nights in a row. Both nights, everything was perfect. Generous portions. Attentive and smiling staff (which never hurts). The owner was helpful and generous with recommendations for staying in the area. The adjacent shop is also well stocked. Recommended!

12/09/2025: I've rarely eaten so well. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food was magnificent. I repeat, I've rarely eaten so well, in every way.

12/09/2025: Went for lunch. The farmhouse is right inside the Vulci park, in the open countryside, and that's already a plus. The atmosphere is well-maintained and pleasant. It consists of two rooms, one more internal and the other on a covered veranda, beyond which there's an outdoor area with more tables, which, I believe, are used in the evening. Homemade pasta and desserts are definitely another plus. The appetizers are generous, with local cured meats and cheeses. While it's hard to resist a nice platter, I recommend going easy if you're also ordering a first course or a grilled second course (we didn't manage that). I must say, we enjoyed everything. Friendly staff, and good value.

06/09/2025: The restaurant is well-maintained and the food is excellent. We particularly enjoyed the "fieno" (hay) and mushrooms. The staff was attentive and courteous, and also good at offering tourist advice. Thanks to their recommendations, we visited the beautiful and well-stocked Museum of Popular Traditions, which was truly enjoyable.

31/08/2025: We passed by Sutri on a quick trip and, intrigued by the name, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. It has a charming outdoor space and a varied menu. We opted to try two appetizers, two main courses with side dishes, and some desserts, followed by coffee and two nice glasses of wine.

28/08/2025: A very charming restaurant in a historic building in Sutri. The highlight is definitely the garden with its adjoining viewpoint. Excellent selection and overall food quality.

27/09/2025: Permanently closed. Wrong opening hours listed. We drove for miles over a really bad gravel road to get there, only to discover there was nothing there. Never again.

23/08/2025: We are a group of volunteers from the Equi Terme Ancient Crafts Association. Our stay at the Albergo Toscano was an incredible experience. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, refined, and with unique combinations of flavors and aromas—everything was truly delicious. The wine was excellent. All this in the wonderful setting of the center of Acquapendente! The staff were fantastic, both in welcoming us with a smile and in explaining the dishes to us. A big hug to all the staff, and we hope to return soon.

26/07/2025: Una splendida posizione, all'aperto in una piazzetta vicina alla piazza del Municipo. Cibo buono... accoglienza calda e servizio efficace. Erano pieni ma dopo aver fatto un giro del paese ci hanno trovato posto. C'era pure una classe di bambini delle medie ma i loro nervi erano sempre saldi... 😅

01/09/2025: Amazing! We were wrong to think it was a sandwich place! The food here is divine, everything is made fresh, the bread is carefully chosen, the portions are just right and nothing like the overflowing sandwiches you see on food porn. You eat really well here, oh, and the vegan options? Delicious!

31/08/2025: Tasty sandwiches with the freshest ingredients. The vegetarian/vegan options are extensive and varied. The Happy Chicken is a must-try, with a touch of spicy vegan mayo (as suggested by the very kind girl serving at the counter!) The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Delicious and quick. Top.
