21/09/2025: A wonderful evening in Tuscania, an intimate restaurant with outdoor seating. Nine seafood courses, each one better than the last, good wine, and Augusto's smile and kindness were truly a treat. Compliments to the chef, the dishes were delicious. We'll be back soon.

28/10/2025: What can I say? I've been there two nights in a row. If you want to eat an amazing granita and an out of the ordinary ice cream, you have to stop by Lolla. A truly obsessive attention to the ingredients makes the ice cream a real experience.

10/11/2025: This is an exceptional restaurant and should be a must stop if you are visiting Bolsena. The menu is unique and utterly delicious. The service is friendly and outstanding and the atmosphere is very relaxed and charming. Prices were reasonable as well, especially considering the experience and service.

05/11/2025: Eight of us had lunch this Sunday. The appetizers were incredibly tasty (bruschetta with anchovies was out of this world!!). For main courses, we tried the amatriciana and the tagliatelle with hare ragù. The amatriciana was very delicate but delicious. For dessert, we had the hazelnut cake, which was described as the best dessert I've ever tasted. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

16/09/2025: Located on a narrow street in the upper part of Bolsena's historic center, we dined on the street as evening fell. Special mention goes to the pork fillet with apples and a honey and balsamic vinegar reduction. The baked calamari was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Congratulations!

10/10/2025: We ate at the trattoria, excellent quality, very courteous and helpful staff, absolutely reasonable prices, a few minutes walk from the free parking of Acquapendente near the football pitch

Super friendly, thoughtful, and quick owner.
The pizzas, paninis, and other antipasti are delicious.
It's not fancy, but it has a great Italian flair.
The price is fair for the food and drinks,
Card payment accepted.
I'd happily go back to Flávio's anytime.

01/11/2025: A very pleasant surprise. A simple and authentic osteria with homemade artisanal pasta and excellent quality ingredients. The value for money is definitely excellent. The owner is present but discreet, and she knew how to complement the meal with excellent suggestions. Well done!

02/11/2025: Simply special. The entire staff, both in the dining room and kitchen, is wonderful. The best pizza in the area, and a warm welcome and a cheerful atmosphere are guaranteed.
10/10/2025: Top-notch service, very friendly staff, and super personable. I enjoyed every second I spent there. They also had live music; the owner even shared a Sambuka with us.

16/11/2025: In early November, we visited Bagnoregio and Civita. Recommended by locals, we dined at the smoker. We enjoyed excellent cuisine and friendly, family-style service.
We had rabbit and legume and chestnut soup.
We were amazed by the aromas and flavors.
The olive oil deserves a special mention, and we particularly enjoyed it.
