04/12/2025: The decor isn't to my taste; it's minimal and retro, but not overly bold. Meals are sparse and lack cutlery rests. The open kitchen is beautiful, but only one chef wore a hat, despite everyone having long hair. During lunch, a chef came back and forth from the kitchen several times with exposed cuts of meat in a steel bowl. For appetizers, Roman-style tripe and pumpkin in various textures. Tripe with acidic tomato sauce, despite the pecorino cheese, was bland and flavorless. The pumpkins were well-cooked, but I found no harmony in the dish; each texture was an end in itself and didn't connect with the others. Next, the amatriciana was decent, the carbonara was very good, creamy and well-seasoned, the rigatoni were perfectly cooked, and the plin pasta was very interesting, although I didn't fully appreciate the flavor of the ossobuco filling. Finally, the panettone with chantilly and the maritozzo filled with chantilly. The leavened products of both were interesting, but the cream was truly awful, so flavorless and heavy with cream that it covered and ruined the flavors. The price was in line with the offerings. The service was friendly and professional, but the wait for the main courses was very long. More than half an hour for the appetizers and about 40 minutes for the first courses. The desserts arrived quickly. In conclusion, the meal fell far short of expectations. Of the medium-high-end Roman trattorias I've tried so far, I consider this one of the worst in terms of taste and perceived quality.

05/12/2025: I'll be honest, I've been frequenting Chiara's Bar for a few months now, and more than just a bar/pizzeria, I feel like I'm visiting a big extended family, filled with stories and people mingling over a fantastic pizza and an excellent aperitivo. Breakfast is always a bit of a rush, but the place is truly vibrant in every way. The staff? I think it's an understatement to call them that, but the warmth and welcome are definitely the first thing you'll notice. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially Chiara and Daniele (the big guy :) )

06/10/2025: Excellent Roman food. We arrived very late at night, and even though the kitchen was already closed, we were served an excellent platter of appetizers. We visited this place several times and were always satisfied. The oxtail is sensational—a must-try.

05/10/2025: The best Gricia in Rome! We ate at this restaurant, just 10 minutes from the Vatican Museums, and were incredibly satisfied. We ordered bombette, bruschetta, gricia, and tripe, and we loved everything. The waitress was incredibly kind and friendly. The prices were excellent and fully reflect the quality of the dishes!

17/11/2025: We stayed at Villa Francesca in Pomezia to celebrate my niece's eighteenth birthday and had a wonderful time! The location is elegant and welcoming, perfect for special events. The food was truly excellent, with attention to every detail, and all our guests were delighted. Special thanks to the owner, Loredana, for her availability and attention to detail: she oversaw everything with great professionalism and passion. I highly recommend Villa Francesca to anyone looking for a refined and well-managed venue to celebrate important moments.

22/10/2025: I got married in this dream villa a month ago!!! And I couldn't have asked for anything better!!!! Loredana and her entire staff welcomed us, pampered us, and organized the wedding down to the smallest detail, so much so that our guests still thank us for the evening and the delicious food!!! We had an unforgettable day... What more can I say!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

07/09/2025: As a guest of the hotel, I went up for an aperitif and tried their cocktails with the cutting board, everything was perfect!

07/09/2025: We had dinner with friends. I tried the truffle croquettes and the cacio e pepe with pistachios. Both were delicious!

28/11/2025: We are at very high levels, Alfredo is a wonderfully kind person and his pizza is exquisite, the only sore point is the small place and sometimes unfortunately too crowded...

10/12/2025: Four of us were guests at this restaurant over the weekend of the Immaculate Conception, both for dinner and lunch (the following day). The place is welcoming and elegant just right. Excellent service, the staff were friendly and welcoming, never intrusive. The owner was truly hospitable and very attentive to us. The food was truly excellent, from the side dishes to the typical Roman starters, including pinsa. The bill was absolutely fair. Thank you, we'll be back next time!

15/10/2025: Fabulous place. Stylish, great indoor and outdoor seating, excellent wine and food but best of all was Claudio who is surely the greatest restaurateur in the world. He remembers everyone and gives the best advice on wine. If you are staying anywhere near Metro Basilica San Paolo in Ostiense, then come here.

12/10/2025: At Osteria Andreoli, I had a simply perfect carbonara, creamy and traditional like few others. The fillet steak with porcini mushrooms was a refined dish, with incredibly tender meat and a Barolo reduction that brought out all the flavor. Friendly service and an authentic atmosphere: an excellent experience that I highly recommend and will repeat soon.
