The whole family went there on the Saturday before Easter and had a great time. The atmosphere was quiet, the staff and owner were very friendly, and you immediately felt like you were part of the family. The food was excellent and the prices reasonable. Next time I'm in Rome, I'll definitely try to stop by again.

Very friendly owner, top-notch cuisine and very low prices...the homemade gnocchi with ragù are amazing...we're from Brescia but as soon as we get back to Rome we'll stop by here to eat again.

Highly recommended. Cesare is a delightful, polite, and above all FUNNY guy!!
He obviously recommended the house appetizer, then we decided on three carbonaras and the arrosticini for the main course.
What can I say, quantity and quality; the carbonaras are sensational, incredibly creamy, with quality ingredients and delicious guanciale, and the arrosticini are heavenly!! Honorable mention for the porchetta, which of the ones I've tried in the past at other fraschette/osterie is the best—it's like butter, it melts in your mouth.
I've tried other osterias in Ariccia, but honestly, this is my favorite, and my whole family and I can't wait to return.
The experience is worth it for CESARE alone, he's great!!
The prices are fair, honest, and in keeping with the area and setting.
Recommended for anyone (if they're hungry).

Just yesterday we happened upon this osteria by chance. The welcome was very kind and friendly, the food was excellent and plentiful, with a fantastic cacio e pepe. Highly recommended. Thanks to the owner, who not only made us feel at home, but also gave us a bottle of wine... truly kind.

Persuaded by Borghese and his "four restaurants," we try this fraschetta. The atmosphere isn't bad, nor is the welcome—nothing to complain about, Roman style! The appetizer for six wasn't exactly generous, but it was good. Perhaps something was missing.
Rigatoni with pajata wasn't bad, but not exceptional (a few more pieces of pajata would have been nice!) The gricia, or rather the guanciale of the gricia, is forgettable. The cacio e pepe, dear Alessandro, I'm sorry to say, I've had better. The tripe was good. The arrosticini....terrible!! As a "roastsman," I can say they looked like a bad copy of a skewer in a pan...half-roasted and half-boiled...too bad!! We didn't go any further.
My apologies to the managers, but I came in with different expectations.
The welcome and service were good.

Authentic Roman osteria in Ariccia
Warm, family-style service and truly fair prices. We tried the cacio e pepe, which was simply EXCELLENT... matriciana, carbonara, and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffle... what can I say... 😋😋
Impeccable dinner!
One of the best osterias I've tried.
High-quality cuisine. Attentive and friendly service.
🔵 Highly recommended for those seeking true tradition!
A fantastic experience, we'll definitely be back! Best regards, Cristina and family 😊

We went to this fantastic Osteria on November 4th, recommended to my cousin, aka my dear friend Alessandro, who had been there with the four restaurants, and even the best Cacio e Pepe in the Castelli Romani. And I have to say he was right, not 100/100, but 1000. A beautiful, typical atmosphere where you feel at home, unique dishes beautifully greasy as they should be in fraschetta, but without taking anything away from the true, authentic flavor, an appetizer that was nothing short of superb with a porchetta whose aroma and flavor we still remember, like everything else, abundant and flavorful first courses following the Roman tradition. Last but not least, but because I want to say a few more words... The host was genuine, truly friendly, it was as if we had known him for years. The ladies and girls who were in the kitchen were masterful with unique dishes, I remember the carbonara, the Amatriciana, and that pagliata al 😘. And since we promised ourselves we'd come back, because we're very full and that really has to be enjoyed, the famous CACIO E PEPE and the famous donuts with that sweet and saucy wine are absolutely must-try. We won't miss it. Oh, I forgot, quality/price ratio, exceptional. A hug, see you soon.

The owner is very kind, the appetizers are delicious, typical of fraschette, and the cacio e pepe is really good. The carbonara and amatriciana are average.

We arrived last minute before closing time and they welcomed us as if we were their first customers.
We had a grilled beef steak with half a liter of wine.
Delicious and delicious.
We'll be back.
We definitely recommend it!
