29/03/2026: I discovered this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The location is unique and the staff is super friendly and wonderful ✌🏼. The restaurant is divided into different rooms, like being in a home—really beautiful! The dishes are delicious and the desserts are top notch!

02/04/2026: A very bad experience. We waited in the entrance where no one seemed to notice there were customers. We waited 30 minutes for menus, 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and my pizza arrived after the other customer had finished their risotto. We weren't served at the same time. The staff was unpleasant, except for the cashier who apologized for the wait.

15/04/2026: My boyfriend and I have been to this restaurant twice and had a wonderful time both times. The staff is very polite and helpful, always attentive to the customers' needs. The service is fast and the menu is truly interesting, especially for those who enjoy trying slightly more unusual dishes. After dinner, we also stopped for a drink...the drinks were excellent and, considering the location, also reasonably priced. If we return to Rome, we will definitely visit this restaurant again! A well-deserved 5 stars!

20/04/2026: We were served by Marco, who was unpleasant and behaved unusually. - We found a long hair in our salad! Marco's response was, "Impossible, nobody has long hair!" Yet we clearly saw a woman leave the restaurant with hair the same length and color as the one we found! He left with it without a word, leaving us completely confused! - We had to pass the dishes to him to clear the table... - And what a mood he was in... His colleagues apologized several times... but still... - There was no ice in the sodas, which were served at room temperature. - The water served was hot! The music was also very loud... What a shame.

19/04/2026: Be careful with the hidden service charge. They charged 2.5 Euros per person as a 'Servizio' fee, which was not clearly mentioned. It's quite disappointing to see such a high service fee at a casual pizzeria. I've traveled around Italy for weeks and this is not common. I won't be coming back.

21/04/2026: They bought bread on side we didnt even orderd it and it wasnt mentioned in menu ur anywhere and they added it in the bill.

Therefore, if you are looking for a quick and tasty meal in the Termini area, then Victoria Cafe is your stop. 21/04/2026: The food was fine. Cooked well and good taste. However, they aggressively ask people to come eat, and get visibly irritated when people pass or say no. On top of that an extra menu item was added to my bill that was €15. I asked about it and they removed it. They then proceeded to ask for a tip! I would not go back here, but the location is convenient if you are near the popular landmarks. Be aware, they are the same location as Er Faciolaro across the street.

07/04/2026: We had dinner with a group of friends a few days ago and found everything delicious. We were particularly impressed by the grilled meat, cooked to perfection and of the highest quality. They have an inviting selection of first courses and appetizers, and we'll definitely be back to try the fish. The staff and service were impeccable. I definitely recommend it, especially for the unique and refined location with its various terraces. I'd like to try it for lunch because I'm sure the sunlight enhances the place even more. Super satisfied! We'll be back soon.

The menu offers an excellent selection of beef, chicken, and pulled pork, all prepared with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. My sandwich was flavorful and well-filled, with tender, flavorful meat. The fries are also noteworthy: crispy, golden, and perfect with the sandwich. I also really appreciated the attention to detail—like the really nice stickers featuring the local brand: an original touch that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Quick and friendly service, a great option for a quality meal!

16/10/2025: I can't really rate the food since i only ordered a few drinks here. But the location is very nice and cozy and the staff is very friendly. The drinks are high quality and made with noticeable effort, they taste great either way. 10/10 would come again, highly recommend it to passers by.
