09/10/2025: I visited this restaurant with my husband and son, and I must say we were all three very satisfied in every way. The atmosphere was refined and pleasant, the service attentive and present, but not intrusive, and the dishes were truly well-prepared and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, which you wouldn't expect in a place like this. The Colosseum risotto is a must-try, an incredible harmony of so many different flavors.

19/08/2025: This is how you serve a gin and tonic! Thanks to the bartenders at Bar LaVallée in Monterotondo for adhering to a protocol of elegance and international etiquette. In some bars I've reviewed, lazy and ignorant bartenders add tonic from a wasted one-liter plastic bottle, opened hours ago and practically unused, and the lemon zest is optional... Cheers 🥂

13/10/2025: As always, a super perfect experience. Every time I go, the service is excellent, regardless of the men or women present. The food is always delicious, and the beer is also very good... I was prejudiced against Raffo, even though I always miss the Supreme. I think I'll be back.

16/09/2025: Delicious food, the calamari perfectly crispy and not greasy. The sandwiches are also top-notch, and all at good prices. I highly recommend this unassuming but wonderful place with friendly service.

25/09/2025: Got the chocolate, white chocolate and gianduja. The white chocolate and gianduja were beyond terrible. They tasted like not real gelato or ice cream, and like it was terrible icing that's cooled down. This should be illegal in Italy to be sold as gelato (or even ice cream). The chocolate flavor was more watery and icing tasting than other places gelato. The chocolate was the only flavor I tried ahead of time as they only allow 1 sample even though I was buying a large with multiple flavors. Do not recommend. Will not be coming back. And yes, I've had a ton of gelato all over Italy and the world. Owner response here matches his attitude at the store.

04/09/2025: This place is AMAZING!! We had the best board here, the pesto was my favorite in all of Italy (and i tried a LOT). Very affordable (€40 for 2 glasses of wine, a cantina board for two, a coke, and a water). The perfect lunch for us, they made our board fresh & even let us try a slice of prosciutto while he prepared it freshly shaved! Amazing experience for our last few days in Rome.

22/10/2025: The restaurant seems to have two rooms, one for locals and the other for tourists. It's a shame they don't mix and that the portions are so small. It's expensive for a family of four... it's not worth being in the backpacker category.

20/10/2025: I loved the food and atmosphere, and the service was fast, despite the fact that there was a large table (12 people) nearby. We weren't very hungry that evening, so we didn't order much; we had saltimbocca and eggplant parmigiana. But our favorite was the red wine, the Cesanese piglio. It paired perfectly with these dishes. The staff was very professional and friendly. I recommend it for a taste of Roman cuisine. I'd love to come back for the pizza and pasta!
