02/09/2025: Nuvole di farina never disappoints with its high-quality pizzas and fried foods (their chips are a must-try). They offer a set menu and a seasonal one, showcasing the best ingredients available on the market. Furthermore, you can choose the dough for each pizza, so you can try classic Roman pizza or Neapolitan-style pizza, which, frankly, is just as good as those found at many of Naples' renowned pizzerias.

01/10/2025: I went there today for lunch with family and friends. We had a wonderful meal. The owner is kind and very friendly. The mozzarella in carrozza was excellent, as was the pasta alla Nerano, and not to mention Agnese's desserts. I highly recommend it. It will definitely be a regular stop on my visits to Rome.

Fantastic service and an extensive wine list (wines by the glass are available by the bottle) create an unforgettable atmosphere that only complements the delicious dishes. I especially recommend the Roman pizza and pasta. I will always visit this place whenever I'm in Rome. And I will definitely visit this city again because it's beautiful. Despite the overwhelming number of tourists and the hustle and bustle of the capital, you can find a wonderful place like this here.

14/10/2025: Overall we had a great dîner, the food was good, the service was perfect ! The tomato meatballs were very good. A little bit pricey dépendant on what you take but worth to try !

02/11/2025: Terrible lunch... we ordered a caprese, gnocchi with wild boar, and an amatriciana, plus a lemon veal scallops... what can I say? The gnocchi couldn't be called gnocchi, they tasted awful, the broth was unsightly, and there were some wild boar spittle; the amatriciana was a tomato pasta dish. The lemon veal scallops were made with cream... oh my god, with cream... at least write that on the menu! Terrible experience.

28/10/2025: Today, October 28, 2025, we chose this restaurant to celebrate my 68th birthday. It was a great choice. The atmosphere was beautiful, very comfortable, and the staff were very kind. Chiara, the server, and Giada, the owner, pampered us. We almost felt like family. We ordered 4 pizzas, as shown on the receipt, but they weren't the usual round pizzas; they were long as in the photo. 1 Diavola, 1 Napoli, 1 Boscaiola with porcini mushrooms, and a Pizza Diana. Egg tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were delicious for those who ate them. We also had water and 2 beers, one 66cl Peroni and one 33cl Paulaner, plus the service charge. All served by Miss Chiara. Naturally, we brought the dessert ourselves from the pastry shop, along with the required receipts, as requested. In addition to the pleasant company, we also had the kindness of these two ladies who, when cutting the cake, offered us a bottle of Prosecco to toast and a liqueur of our choice. We paid €81.00 for a pleasant meal. The evening was a fair price in my opinion for what we ate, but the greatest pleasure was having Chiara and Gisda as staff. Thank you for the work you do.

29/01/2025: Un’oasi nel deserto. Dal Francese e’ ormai una piccola grande istituzione nel quartiere Appio grazie alla proposta ricercata e di qualità tutta Made in France. Eccellente la scelta dei vini e piacevolissimo il menù che si compone di praticamente solo “entrate”. Tutto speciale e raffinato il giusto.

Consequently, I definitely recommend a visit.
