We opted for an à la carte menu: casa maggiolina appetizer, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù (white), lamb chops...what can I say, everything was delicious! Excellent food quality, family atmosphere not too noisy, also suitable for children. Update. About a year later, we returned to celebrate our son's communion. The location is very beautiful and cared for in detail, the food was excellent, the flavors were right, balanced... all the guests were very satisfied. The staff was attentive to every need; just the right amount of time to fully enjoy the celebration. We recommend it with our eyes closed... the pork salad is top...

02/07/2025: Located in Collefiorito, it is definitely a point of reference as it offers numerous services, including a tobacconist and catering service. Excellent for breakfasts with its special croissants, I tried the Danish cream and black cherry, truly top, highly recommended. Possibility of parking in front of the restaurant and seating both inside and outside. Certainly also excellent for a lunch break or aperitif thanks to its pizza peels and much more. I have had the opportunity to try the catering several times which varies according to needs but I must say the products are of excellent quality, made at the moment and above all they arrive hot. The pizza peels are very good but also the fried foods such as: croquettes, supplì and Ascoli olives. The sandwiches and savory croissants are also excellent. Recommended

22/06/2025: An absolute highlight in the relatively local area around the Bologna metro station. Our hotel was just a few minutes away and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. If you don't have a reservation, you should arrive before 8 p.m.

22/06/2025: I live in the area and if I have to recommend a place to eat Romano with an excellent quality/price ratio I would definitely indicate Fornace Stella! Always in my address book saved in memory to call them also for the excellent pizzas!!

10/07/2025: It's a great place to buy souvenirs in Rome. I buy cookies, chocolates and other sweets as souvenirs, as well as pasta, cheese, anchovies and other things for myself. The Tarallini at Eataly is more delicious than it costs. You can also eat Venchi gelato on the first floor, and on the second floor they have cooked food like chicken so you can buy something to eat in your room. The eco bags are cute too so I end up buying a lot.

26/06/2025: I came here with relatives and friends for my graduation dinner. I would like to point out that the staff was extremely helpful in agreeing on the menu and in meeting my requests, which I really appreciated. We had an appetizer consisting of courgette flowers stuffed with cod, artichokes alla giudia, zucchini concia and falafel with hummus and pita. We found everything delicious; some guests found the hummus slightly spicy, but I personally really appreciated the strong flavour and different from the usual "chickpea creams" that are often found in restaurants, and it paired perfectly with the pita. For the first course we had the gricia del ghetto (smoked goose breast, egg, breadcrumbs and artichokes), good. The second course consisted of cod alla giudia (tomato, raisins, pine nuts and potatoes) with chicory; the dishes were perfectly balanced and you could taste all the flavours. I had the dessert made, a tart with cream and sour cherries, at the restaurant's pastry shop, and I must say that the balance between sweetness and the sourness of the sour cherries was perfect and everyone loved the cake. Friendly and helpful staff, they explained every dish on the menu to us and made sure nothing was missing. There were a few small inaccuracies at the beginning, but absolutely nothing major that wasn't resolved immediately. The quality + quantity / price ratio was right, also considering the area. Overall, a more than positive experience!
