When, after a day of work or study, you come here in the afternoon and behind the counter you find not only competent people (as happened to me with Luigi talking about coffee) but above all a clean environment, with fair prices and a staff that always manages to put you at ease (a special mention here also goes to Riccardo and Dario), then you've hit the jackpot. Thanks guys.

The desserts aren't anything special...it's convenient because it has tables outside. Parking is hard to find.

You could write it like this:
Excellent leavened products, but some of the staff wasn't very friendly. I mistakenly asked for "mineral" water instead of sparkling, even though I pointed out the bottle (sparkling) I'd already consumed. When they brought me the still water and I pointed out the misunderstanding, I was rudely told that they were all mineral water. An attitude I didn't appreciate.

I've known the pastry shop for 25 years, and it's been excellent ever since, peaking at excellence with what was much more than a simple modern makeover, and not just for the space itself. Today, it boasts a comfortable and spacious outdoor area and two large rooms, one for the bar and the pastry shop, catering to all tastes.
The third room is the adjacent workshop, overlooking the bar area.
Pandori, panettoni, and colomba, to name the holiday classics, are homemade and truly well-made, and are perfect for all seasons.
I've never been disappointed.

A guarantee. Breakfast, cakes, and appetizers are top notch. Perhaps the best in Centocelle.
