A small restaurant on the square with colorful wooden tables. It's a special place for me, and I return whenever I can. The strozzapreti with shrimp and almond pesto is delicious.

A pleasant, modern atmosphere for good food, with forays into Roman and Mediterranean cuisine in general, Neapolitan and beyond.
The wine cellar isn't very well-stocked, and especially the selection of wines by the glass is limited. It seemed a contradiction to the name.

I had a truly enjoyable evening. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a shame about the difficulty in finding parking; it took almost 25 minutes to find a spot.

Sunday family lunch. Excellent experience. Everything we ate was delicious and well-cooked. We were warmly welcomed and given excellent service. Located in a beautiful little square in Garbatella. Recommended.

Fantastic experience at Acido Brillo in Rome!
We came from Barletta, and it was absolutely worth it. We tried several dishes and were truly satisfied with everything: the amatriciana and carbonara were simply spectacular, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The meatballs were soft and tasty, the goat cheese delicate yet full of character, while the saltimbocca was incredibly tender and rich in flavor. Also not to be missed are the zucchini flowers, crunchy and incredibly delicious!
Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere; we immediately felt at ease. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended 🔝

Excellent local spot. The food is good, generous, and inexpensive. The menu is varied, and the servers are very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is located on a small square next to a park, so the atmosphere is also lovely.
