A restaurant with several dining rooms, the atmosphere seems fresh and clean. A wide selection of pizzas, but limited drinks. The classics are a sure thing, but it's best to ask for them well done.

The coolest place I've been to in Rome It's top-notch, I recommend it to everyone, and I think it deserves a Michelin star. The owner stands in the kitchen and periodically checks out what's going on in the dining room—it's amazing. The staff is top-notch.

The dining experience at this restaurant was extremely positive, characterized by a meticulous approach both in the selection of raw materials and the technical execution of the cooking. The atmosphere is distinguished by a familiar and serene atmosphere, capable of immediately putting guests at ease, and by extremely efficient service. We ordered: Stuffed Zucchini Flowers, which in my opinion had a slightly thick batter; however, this structural choice proved to be functional in containing an exceptionally generous and flavorful filling. Two pizzas, one Margherita and one with a topping upon request: a clearly Neapolitan dough with a structure characterized by excellent leavening and maturation that ensured excellent alveoli and extreme digestibility. Two meat main courses (Steak and Skewers): The use of animal proteins confirmed the high standard of the cuisine. The steak was served "rare," cooked to perfection, exactly as requested, and was accompanied by an excellent baked potato. The main course of skewers and fries lived up to expectations, offering flavorful meat and a crispy, dry fried side dish.
