01/09/2025: One of the best places I've eaten mussels in recent years. The pasta and fried fish were also spectacular. The atmosphere was very nautical and refined, all white and blue, with wooden tables carved with sand paintings, very artistic and original. Excellent service and a friendly owner. Top.

We took a 30 euro taxi just to get rheee ans for them to tell us they cancelled the reservation(on email while we were on the way there so we didn’t see it) and told us theh had no ro for us. I would give them zero stars if I could.

13/10/2025: Walked in for dinner without a reservation. Was seated within 10 minutes. Meatballs and carbonara were highlights. Tomatos on the bruschette were so fresh. Loved having dinner here

21/10/2025: Having come to Valmontone for a work meeting, I searched social media for a place to eat. The reviews I'd read about Olio, sale e pepe piqued my interest, so I called to make a reservation. I immediately hit it off with Marco, right from the phone call. So, we went to see him for dinner. The lunch was excellent, the food just like home: tasty, plentiful, and high-quality. A wonderful experience worth repeating, even though Marco is 70 km away from me. Kudos to the guys. Polite and friendly. Definitely worth a try!

26/09/2025: Small but perfectly formed bistro where Chef Golino shows how inventive Roman food is done, well. My eggplant parmesan was crisp on the edges, smooth and creamy in the middle with a tart bite from the rich tomato sauce, topped with fresh and very melty mozzarella. A lava flow of deliciousness. For my Primi I tried their most popular dish and it did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked tagliolini pasta with sweet chunks of fresh prawn confit. The sauce brought the two together with buttery earthy magic. There was much more on the menu that I want to try, this was a very good meal. Recommended, well worth a trip up to Monteverde to sample this excellent restaurant. Make a reservation though!

The food is delicious, the service is amazing, the prices (despite a few slight increases like anywhere else) are reasonable and reasonable, the atmosphere is super clean and always very relaxing. 19/10/2025: A very nice restaurant in the center of Ariccia, easily accessible on foot or by the elevator that takes you directly to the town's main square. Exceptional food; you can taste the excellent quality ingredients used in the preparation and the highly professional touch of the chef, who is very friendly. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. We had a platter of appetizers: fettuccine with bacon, pears, chestnuts, almonds, and pecorino romano; tortelli stuffed with porchetta and pistachio with yellow Pienolo tomatoes; and the boiled meatballs. All the dishes were exquisite and exceptional. We will definitely be back.
