08/11/2025: A very charming restaurant located in the historic center of Frascati. The staff is welcoming and polite, the owner is very friendly, and Stefano, the waiter, is very pleasant. The food is good; I recommend the saltimbocca alla romana and the straccetti with arugula and parmesan shavings.

You can tell the chef paid attention to detail, and it really showed in the final dish. The place itself has a pleasant atmosphere, so overall it was a great experience. After the meal, I used the service shown in the photo to calculate the calories. It was super easy — just uploaded the photo and instantly got all the calorie and macro data. For anyone tracking their meals, it’s a great find — quick, simple, and effective.

Good service, with a slightly long wait, but yesterday was Saturday. The girls were kind and smiling.
The only downside: extreme chaos in the restaurant, with diners forced to shout to exchange a few words. Even more confusion, and I left with a headache. It's absolutely necessary to equip the outside area with mushrooms or something else to allow those who want to relax. In the summer, Spiazzo is wonderful.
28/11/2025: Tastes are subjective, but quality is undeniable. I always host wonderful dinners with my friends because the food is excellent (and digestible).

26/10/2025: A family-run trattoria, unassuming but with truly excellent food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Try the nduja bombette (or ravioli with ham). The homemade desserts are also excellent.
11/10/2025: We love it. We stumbled upon it three years ago by chance, looking for a place to eat, and despite its modest appearance, instinct told us to stop.
The lady cooks like a pro: pajata, truffle ravioli, and bombette stuffed with anduja and provola cheese... Everything is super homemade and delicious. And the gentleman is incredibly friendly and welcoming; he spoils us with a drink, even a non-alcoholic one for my son, and always has a kind word for everyone.
We hope it never changes, and I'm a little sad to write this review for fear it will be overrun by tourists, but they truly deserve it.

24/11/2025: Great experience, we booked via WhatsApp. Ample parking and a fantastic location right from the entrance: murals and themed seating. The ceramic tables are unique.
The food was excellent throughout!
We followed Gianmarco's advice, and he patiently explained all the dishes.
We'll definitely be back! Recommended for the late October/November period for the "Dia de Los Muertos" celebration.

23/11/2025: It is my first visit to Ristorante Al Piave a family business tradition Italian cuisine 🇮🇹 it was a pleasure to meet the owner(Salvatore )and his lovely family the wife and the daughter( Laura and Mery ) . The atmosphere is very cozy. The food is amazing 😻 I tried the tomato Ravioli and seafood spaghetti 🤤🤤 I highly recommend it. Special thanks for Mimmo who served our table and for his warm welcoming 🙏🏼. Also our appreciation for the chef and Pl Piave team. Wish you all the best 🙏🏼

08/12/2025: This is wonderful place on wonderful piazza Navona. I've never seen better waiters then here in Ai Tre Tartufi. I told the waiter that my daughter had Birthday 2 days ago and he brougt right away ice-cream with candle and little present. Francesco is the best!!! Thank you sooo much!!!

20/12/2025: I expected better... Worth trying again especially for the very disorganized service and the pizzas a bit too late to cook.
14/12/2025: Ordered on Just Eat, arrived in an hour and 10 minutes, a distance of 1.6 km. The cacio e pepe arancino was excellent, truly well-made. The portion of fries wasn't bad, but it was very meager for €4.90: it was just over half full. As for the pizza, is it really that hard to cook properly? It was raw inside, barely re-kneading it, and burned on the edge. Plus, the mozzarella on top was almost raw. From the various reviews, which were mostly positive, the burnt exterior is noticeable, a sign of improper cooking. The rising should happen hours beforehand, not in the stomach after eating it.
