Everything was very good, the location was beautiful, the service was excellent, the desserts could be improved.

The place is cute, with a very welcoming outdoor area. It's a pleasant place to eat in the summer, if the heat allows. The menu is very varied, with three different types of dough, presented differently. I tried both the "classic" Neapolitan-style round pizza and the pan-fried one. In my opinion, it's not among the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The ingredients are certainly high-quality, but the prices are definitely too high. Those who want to "settle" for a simple Margherita aren't allowed; they only offer slightly more complex pizzas. Anyway, in the end, it's €60 for two for a pizza. Kudos to the work, but isn't that a bit excessive?

Really good pizza, presented in different ways, Roman-style, pan-fried... friendly staff and a unique location in the heart of Rome Ostiense.

Excellent overall experience. Welcoming and attentive service. We were very impressed with their variety of doughs; they catered to everyone's tastes, from those who preferred Romana pizza to those who preferred Spiazzante (a mix of Roman and Neapolitan). Their fried foods were also very good.
I'll definitely be back.

What can I say... I had been to Spiazzo a few years ago and appreciated the quality and service of the place... but now we have reached levels of excellence... I tried three doughs... three different pizzas, even in terms of cooking methods... recommended for those who know about pizza and are not satisfied with the usual pizza (the raw materials are also excellent). Great experience!!

We've been frequenting this pizzeria for years because the pizza is (unfortunately) truly excellent, but the staff's attitude isn't quite as great (I'm referring to the "manager/owner" only, at least I assume that's the case given their demeanor). Absolutely everyone working in the dining room was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional.
Last night was completely ruined by the attitude of the gentleman, who I believe is the owner or manager, who made us feel ashamed of ourselves and our guests.
We had a table of 12 (on a Wednesday evening at 8:30 PM), which we fully understand isn't easy to manage, but we tried to make ordering as easy as possible by having the appetizers already noted down, while the gentleman only had to note down the pizzas.
So, let me briefly clarify:
1) If you make multiple pizza doughs, you must be ready and able to handle requests for dough changes, since you offer this option.
2) If you offer a pizza of the month and have a table of 12 people booked for Wednesday at 8:30 PM, you cannot have ONLY ONE PORTION OF THAT PIZZA (note: there were only two or three other tables with just 3/4 people), forcing the lucky one out of four people who wanted it!
As can be imagined from the distraction the gentleman displayed when ordering (1. He told us the pizza of the month, specifying that there was only one available; when we were told we wanted more, he walked away to ask how many were actually left; 2. He actually walked away because some children in the street OUTSIDE HIS COMPETENCE had dropped something while trying to get them back), one pizza arrived with the wrong dough (unsurprisingly, and not Roman). We politely pointed out the mistake, adding, "If it's a problem to remake it, we'll keep it like this," to the waitress, who kindly took it back, saying it wasn't a problem.
After a minute, he came out with the pizza in his hand, arrogantly, snobbishly, and downright rude, saying it was our fault because his order didn't have the requested dough, and therefore, in his opinion, we hadn't told him. He didn't even question it for a moment because he couldn't have made a mistake. No apology, just a rude tone and an inappropriate attitude that created an unpleasant atmosphere for the entire table.
I'd like to tell the gentleman that mistakes can happen to anyone, but what really makes the difference and demonstrates quality (which is so highly prized) is how they are handled. The pizza is still excellent, but the politeness and respect shown towards customers should be equally so. You're really making us never want to come back; it's embarrassing!
