The quality of the pizza dough is excellent, but unfortunately, with the music and loud conversations inside, it's not the best. During the warmer months, it's best to eat outside in the garden.

I can honestly say I've had the best pizza I've ever had here; I stumbled upon it by chance.
They make three types of dough, each one better than the other. I've tried all three. The toppings are high-quality, traditional, and innovative. It's top-notch; it could be a Michelin-starred pizzeria.
The beers are also delicious.
The service is excellent: polite, kind, smiling, and above all professional in their explanations.
The place could be improved in some ways; there are plastic pipes in the electrical system, which in my opinion clash with the beautiful old brick vault.
The prices are slightly above average, but for the offerings they're absolutely reasonable. There were six of us, we tried all the doughs, some fried ones, and drank two beers each. In the end, we paid €35, which is fair. After a month in the Ostiense area, and after visiting numerous restaurants and pizzerias, this is definitely the best.

The food is good, though: pizza with various doughs and styles, supplì not exactly made to order, and minimal bruschetta. The wait for orders is average, and it would be fine if it weren't for the timed table, where they make you get up as soon as you put your fork down. A shame.

Excellent food with a unique menu offering a variety of choices! For the first time, a pizzeria makes pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, with amazing flavor.
And what about the staff? They're so friendly, they make you feel right at home!

I visited this place on a Saturday evening by booking through their website. I tried two appetizers, the panellino slice with escarole and the supplì, both delicious. The pizzas were also very good, light and easy to digest (we tried the spiazzanti, a variation on the Neapolitan pizza). They also offer pizza by the slice, the panellino, and the Roman version. The dessert was decent.
Reserved parking is available.
Attentive and attentive staff.
The only downside is the place is very noisy and the tables for two are a bit too small.

I appreciated the choice of vegan options
We discovered Pizzeria Spiazzo during a company dinner, and we returned on Friday: it was a complete success. The fried dishes were delicious (cacio e pepe supplì with artichokes, caponata-style lingotto, cod sphere) and the panellino wedge with escarole.
The pizzas were excellent: round in pala with turnip tops and sausage, Spiazzante Margherita, and panellino with potatoes, pancetta, and caramelized onion.
All the doughs were light and crispy, using quality ingredients. Finally, we shared a deconstructed cheesecake, which was excellent. The staff was friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, we'll be back! 🍕

The place is welcoming, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always know how to give you the right suggestions in a polite manner. The quality of the pizza is excellent, with refined dough and quality ingredients. Everyone is really good! The quality/price ratio is right...
