24/11/2025: Lo Sfizio is truly a top-notch place. It's beautiful, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. What I ordered was delicious, everything was top-quality. Five stars because they truly deserve it.

09/11/2025: A disgrace. An appalling experience from start to finish. We booked a table for two at 9:45 PM. We arrived promptly, politely, and were told to wait "10 minutes." Well, those ten minutes became thirty, then forty, then a full hour. An hour's wait with a confirmed reservation! At 10:45 PM, after an hour standing in the cold, we left without even eating. The apologies of the lady at the entrance with the reservation book were in vain: it's too easy to apologize when the disorganization is obvious. You don't treat customers like that, ever. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to accept more reservations than it can handle, just to fill the room at all costs. This isn't good work: it's disrespectful to the people who had the courtesy to organize themselves, arrive on time, and choose to spend their money there. If you don't have a table, tell the truth. If the wait is longer, let us know. It's the bare minimum for anyone who works with the public. We can't stand by and watch scenes like this: reservations accepted in droves, no management, customers left waiting as if they were invisible. Transparency and honesty are worth more than a thousand covers. A place like this only gives the impression of wanting to "squeeze" customers, not welcome them. Total disorganization, zero empathy, zero respect. A Saturday night completely ruined—and not just for us, because several people, exasperated, left without eating. I wanted to give zero stars, but unfortunately I can't. I'll just say: Shame on you. Never again. And, sincerely, I hope whoever runs this place stops to think.

19/11/2025: Very nice place: small, cozy, and family-run. Various and very good dishes. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful service. Pleasant background music. The only two flaws: being family-run, the service is a bit slow (but not rushed, it's absolutely reasonable); there's often a draft from the windows.

18/11/2025: Decorated in an old-fashioned tavern style and run by a young couple. Just a few tables, a quiet atmosphere, and above all...the food is delicious!! The appetizers are delicious, well-cooked and in just the right quantities. Nothing over the top. But the first courses are jaw-dropping...yeah, because you'll want more pasta!!! If you're a group of more than 6, ask for the fixed group menu for €25, excluding drinks, liqueurs, and desserts. What can I say...a great find and an excellent restaurant.

06/12/2025: Dinner with friends, our first time at this restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was intimate and the service very welcoming. We had the Marchese appetizer, rich and tasty, followed by the gourmet burgers, which were truly delicious, superbly seasoned and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend them if you're near Ciampino.

15/11/2025: As with the rest of the chain, the meat is very good. Here in Guidonia, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. I'm not adding photos because I don't usually take pictures of dishes; I prefer to spend time with those around me. 😉😁 I ordered the lunch menu, a very generous salad with chicken, hard-boiled egg, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Excellent!

Roman pizzas are very thin and crispy and made with fresh ingredients. The arrostecini are so tasty and soft, and the traditional dishes are really delicious. The food here is great, the prices are reasonable and you always leave satisfied. A lovely and authentic place that is definitely worth a try!

13/12/2025: I went to get two pizzas to go, and even though there were people waiting to eat there, they served me without any problem and without me having to queue, unlike at Pizzeria Da Baffeto, where they flat-out told me they didn't do takeout, even though it clearly states they do. Cantina e Cucina is a highly recommended place for both the service and the food!
