A delightful discovery. Pinsa with a very digestible dough and very affordable. A wide variety of flavors. I recommend the one with prosciutto, brie, and walnuts and the supplì with porchetta di Ariccia and honey. The place is basic, with paper placemats on the table, but it's definitely worth it. I'll definitely be back. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The place is small, and I recommend booking to be on the safe side.

It's always a pleasure to return to enjoy the pinsa and fried food. We've both eaten in and ordered takeout, and we've never been disappointed. The inside dining area isn't very spacious, but there are a few outdoor tables available. The staff is always courteous and friendly.
