Last place we ate on a trip to Rome and it was by far the best. Food was top, service was fantastic and the price made it feel like you were stealing from them. First class if I am ever in Rome I will go out my way to return.

I dined at Marchese del Grill in Ciampino and was truly satisfied. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The appetizers are plentiful and full of delicious ingredients, while the traditional Roman first courses are extremely well-prepared, flavorful, and truly respectful of local cuisine. The real highlight, however, is the grilled meat: excellent quality, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. Kudos also to the staff, always friendly, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs. All this at an excellent value. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and a pleasant evening.

We stayed in this restaurant and we were really enthusiastic about the quality of raw materials and the atmosphere. ​We started with an exceptional antipasto: un tagliere ricco e vario con salumi frescissimi (crudo prosciutto, mortadella, salami), delle ottime bruschette con pomodoro fresco e uno squisito pecorino al tartufo, mozzarella/burratina al centro. Nota di merito anche per i fritti caldi e croccanti serviti a parte. ​Come primo abbiamo optato per una classica pasta alla carbonara romana (i rigatoni erano cotti alla perfezione, ben mantecati e con il giusto bilanciamento di pecorino, pepe e guanciale croccante). To conclude in bellezza, un dessert al limone non solo bellissimo da vedere, served directly in the rind of the fruit with a curatissima presentation, but also extremely fresh and refreshing. Stopped in without a reservation (!) after 8 for 4. The host/server was so friendly and welcoming, he was such a gem of a person. Great local wine recommendation too. We had ragu, Cacio Pepe, grilled chicken (juicy!) skewers, green salad-all fantastic!! We would’ve stayed for something sweet, but alas we had an early flight the next day. Highly recommend (but maybe make a reservation, I think we got lucky)

Very tasty food, friendly service. We took our seats outside, and the owner approached us. Besides the standard "how did we like it?" question, he asked where we were from, how we liked it here, and told us a bit about Ciampino. Very nice.
