01/07/2025: I was there the last time about two weeks ago, always excellent food, fast service and great availability and knowledge of Serena's dishes who always knows how to give us the best advice.

27/06/2025: Ristorante Quarantuno is my favorite restaurant in Pietrasanta. We’ve been coming to eat here since 2016. The food is consistently brilliant and I have happily been working my way through their changing menu and specials with my wife and other members of our family. The owners, Vera & Stefano and their staff are top notch and always take very good care of us, sometimes squeezing us in when they are crowded on a weekend and we’d forgotten to make reservations. Yes. There are also many other good restaurants in Pietrasanta, but Ristorante Quarantuno is where we happily keep coming back! Check out their Facebook page!

26/06/2025: The service was very attentive and the starter was excellent. My pasta was also very good, although the child's pasta was unfortunately not tasty at all, hence "only" 4 stars, but still recommended.

20/05/2025: This is the type of restaurant I’m always in the search for: authentic, not too pretentious, not too pricy, not gimmicky and delicious. The restaurant is from a family from Puglia and combines Roman classics with Pugliese cuisine. Every stage of the meal was a highlight by itself and it would keep surprising as it unfolded. We had the Vignarola (highly reccommend) as well as the Alici Fritti as a starter. Then we had Carbonara and the Papardelle “Tram Tram” with artichokes. We finished with the crema al limone with strawberries. We finished with some Finnocchietto liquor on ice. I am just happy and thankful that we went to this place.

30/05/2025: ...and to think that not far from the places dear to me there is an osteria like this and to have discovered it recently is truly an outrage... Small but clean and welcoming place. The staff is always smiling and ready to satisfy the desires of the customers. The cuisine is classic, excellent, typical Roman cuisine. Everything to try. I recommend trying it.

08/07/2025: I tasted the pasta and it was literally out of this world! Grandma's ragù was a masterpiece, tasty and genuine, and the carbonara... simply spectacular. I swear, I have no words to describe how good it is: one of the best pastas I've ever eaten in my life. An explosion of flavors that makes you want to come back the next day. Congratulations indeed!

08/07/2025: I tried carbonara in several places in Rome. And this was the best I've ever had in my life! I liked it so much that I knew I wouldn't eat another one like it, so I went back for 2 days in a row, lol. The service was fast and while waiting to get in, the lady handed out a glass of champagne in the line.

11/07/2025: This beautiful all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant is unique because it begins with a selection of tastings from the chef, followed by a free-flowing menu. Excellent quality dishes, a good wine list, and attentive service are all in an elegant yet informal setting.

06/07/2025: We were there on Wednesday at this restaurant! EXCELLENT meat from hamburgers to sirloins. Abundant appetizers very good with various cold cuts and cheeses. Fair price for the quality of the dishes.

04/07/2025: Everything was perfect, except for the tenant on the top floor who couldn't afford to sit at the table and stayed for hours and hours to bother the customers who were staying for dinner! What a shame, people are bad!

25/06/2025: I had breakfast and a snack, their desserts are truly the best, their own creations worthy of being leveled like the home-made ones, an excellent flavor, very good croissants and an artfully created cappuccino, kindness and cheerfulness of the staff, the place of the tables did not give me an attraction, but the important thing is that the palate was satisfied.
