We arrived spontaneously without a reservation, and although the restaurant was fully booked, they managed to get us a table. The food was a 10/10 and by far the best we had in six days in Rome. It tasted fantastic and was beautifully presented. The service was also very attentive, and the courtyard is a lovely place to relax. I highly recommend eating here.

Good restaurant! I'd say it's nicer for dinner, especially the pleasant terrace in the courtyard. I'm taking off one star because the value for money isn't exceptional; the prices are a bit high and the portions are small. The food itself is still very good; we enjoyed the dishes we ordered, we just would have liked more.

Absolutely one of my Fave meals in all of Rome and Italy 🇮🇹 from the food , to the service and momma Babette making sure it all happens -- it was top notch. I recommend the duck breast , and Bianco wellington !! Paired with the Amarone !! Our waiter Brian was superb as well 👏 they were all.booked up but had room outside seating which honestly we would have preferred anyway as its ambiance was beautiful

We ate very well, and the staff was extremely friendly. I was expecting a wider selection of French dishes, but the selection was rather limited. The Tarte Tatin is a must-try: I'll definitely be back just for it!

The terrace is peaceful. There's a good selection. It's good, but it lacks that little something extra that makes all the difference and makes it truly enjoyable. In short, a very good restaurant overall.

Pork'n'Roll La Bottega

20/01/2026: For being not too far from the center, and for being a steakhouse—not so common in Rome—this was fantastic. The tomahawk steak is more than enough for one person, and the ribs are too. The tomahawk was cooked to perfection and truly filling. The price wasn't a big surprise. Two main courses and a soft drink for 35 euros is a steal in terms of price and quality; I felt like I was getting a bit of a discount. We tourists are used to paying 50 euros for one meal. It's definitely worth doing some research and finding places to eat and pay like a local. Congratulations, everything was delicious, we'll be back!
