29/09/2025: You have to come to Italy to truly experience real, authentic food, fresh, delicious, and exceptional. We enjoyed it not only at local markets but also in restaurants, and every bite was a delight. The wine was incredible, especially the white, which was absolutely amazing. The lasagna was spectacular, the cheese perfectly gooey, the sauce flawless. Paired with the best wine, it was an unforgettable meal.

24/08/2025: Congratulations, everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and the ingredients were carefully selected. The shellfish gnocchi with caramelized onions was a bit scary, but it was a flavor explosion. The bombolotti are amazing; you'll never stop eating the meatballs. It's a shame the holidays are over, otherwise I would have come back to try the meat I saw coming out and it really piqued my appetite.

06/10/2025: It's a good place, the price-quality ratio is good, but you have to ask carefully about the ingredients of the pizza because they brought me a pizza with ingredients that were not on the menu.

14/09/2025: A truly wonderful surprise. I've heard so much about it, and I finally went both for dinner on Friday and for lunch on Sunday. Attentive and friendly service, excellent food, generous portions, and they're happy to let you take home what you can't eat. The flour and water gnocchi are AMAZING, as are the fettuccine with white game ragù. The desserts prepared by Mrs. Simona are truly special; I recommend both the strudel and the millefeuille with cream. I'll definitely be back.

02/09/2025: This family-run restaurant never disappoints. The portions are generous, and the cuisine is authentic and meticulously prepared. The seafood spaghetti, fried vegetables, and fried artichokes are definitely worth trying, but the meat options are equally impressive. The pizza and fish dishes are also excellent. "Il Caminetto" is a guarantee, especially for those seeking quality and quantity at a fair price.

14/08/2025: The atmosphere is lovely, the food is excellent, the first courses are fresh and homemade by expert hands, and the second courses are made fresh from the open kitchen. Mrs. Annarita is the owner and chef, and boasts extensive culinary experience, not just in words, but in action. I recommend this place to all my friends and acquaintances.

11/05/2025: Locale che non ti aspetti, NON semplice negozio di pasta all'uovo, per magia, si trasforma in ristorantino ( solo per le dimensioni) da favola. Si comincia con una notevole proposta di antipasti tradizionali, e primi piatti con pasta fresca FATTA IN CASA proposta in variati. formati e condita con una numerevole quantità di soluzioni. (vedi foto ). Da tornare per degustare le altre specialità, Zona Torraccia. Buon lavoro

14/09/2025: From the waiter to the server to the cashier they were all super laid back like they were at a social event. All we heard were the waiters socializing amongst themselves. Not attentive to their service to the customers. Our salmon came out raw and it took over 20 minutes to get it back cold and dry. If we didn’t remind the waiter about it, he would have never brought it back. Then took offense to us not wanting it because he said they would charge him if we didn’t pay for it. Such a shame we had this bad experience because the place itself was very nice. I have read other reviews and it seems this is a common problem. I wonder if the owner even knows what is going on or if he/she even cares.

28/08/2025: A wonderful discovery! The beach was spotless, as were the loungers and umbrellas. We found the atmosphere quiet and truly comfortable, with friendly staff. We booked a table at the restaurant for lunch and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, and we ate deliciously, with excellent value for money, which is not always a given these days. Kudos to the sommelier: he was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and knows how to put guests at ease. In short... we chose him by chance, but from now on, it's our little corner of paradise in Maccarese. Thank you!!!

26/08/2025: On a Saturday evening in August, what used to be one of the best ice cream shops in Rome has now fallen into line with the others in terms of quality. I'm taking away a star because the person who served me insisted on paying in cash even though the customer before me with a lower bill than mine had paid by card without any problems.
