The presence of organic and biodynamic wines on the wine list is highly appreciated.
The room is private, welcoming and well-kept.
We immediately felt at home, thanks also to the kindness and professionalism of the owner and the waitress.
Very reasonable price for the quality of the dishes offered, for the ideas and the hand of the chef and for the passion put into his work.

A beautiful discovery, refined dishes, to start with, the menu is always constantly updated, in fact it is illustrated with a blackboard, the raw materials are of excellent quality, an intimate setting, impeccable service, if I have to make a note on the wine list we can improve, but it is a place to visit absolutely!!

Small restaurant in Rome in the Fleming hill area. Ownership, chef and young staff that never hurts. I give three stars and no more because the effort is appreciable, what comes out of the kitchen is good but everything can still definitely be improved, including the service. In short, they are three stars of encouragement:
I order a cutlet (we call it that for convenience without using the Japanese term on the menu) and it arrives cold at the table and away from the other dishes of my fellow diners. You pass by the distance of service time, but the cold meat (mostly fried) is also not.
On table service: education and courtesy promoted. It's a shame about the front door that leads onto the perpetually open veranda: the cold enters often and disturbs. When asked to keep the door closed as much as possible, they are told that waiters have to come and go quickly for service. Thanks, but also not if the cold comes in and bothers you.
