20/10/2025: It's no longer the place we frequented so often over the years. Eleven of us had lunch there last October 19th, and not a single one of us appreciated the food. Tonnarelli (half-portion portions), cacio e pepe (with pepper only) because they'd seen the cheese in passing, but there was plenty of cooking water in the center of the plate. Mezze maniche carbonara, where each plate was topped with no more than 3-4 strips of guanciale or pancetta. For the main course, beans (no more than 20-25 per plate) with pork rinds, of which the luckiest of us found 3. It was definitely our last experience at Filu'.

13/09/2025: A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home (and Heaven!) Fabrica is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell anyone about—just so you can keep it all to yourself. A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy. I’ll be back again. And again. And again!

12/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I went there yesterday and were absolutely thrilled! An excellent restaurant, with a unique style and attention to detail. The food is delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. Everything is spotless, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Kudos to the owner for her passion and professionalism—highly recommended!

12/09/2025: I was out on business with a colleague, and when it was lunchtime, we looked for a place to eat. We stumbled upon this place by chance and were drawn to the various menus. We had an excellent amatriciana, a fruit salad, water, and coffee at a truly fair price. The food was excellent, the place was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The owner is a very friendly Tuscan. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back!

03/11/2025: After a long day I decided to treat myself — especially since I’d just received a nice bonus from a website (it’s shown in the photo). Ordered pasta and just enjoyed it. It had that cozy, peaceful feeling you often miss during busy days.

15/11/2025: After purchasing over €20 worth of fried food (chips, supplì, and more), when I asked if I could eat at the table, I was first asked "just fried food?" When I replied that I would only have that, I was then told that everything was full (the room was empty) and everything was already booked (7 p.m.). The products were good, but it was a shame about the terrible and rude service. 11/11/2025: Pizzeria in the heart of Fiumicino Centro. Adjacent to the G.b. school complex. GRASSI and Parco Simone. Delicious "Roman" pizza in a pan. Staff at the counter friendly and helpful. There is also the possibility of eating excellent first, second and side dishes of both meat, fish and/or vegetarian sitting at the table on the veranda or to take away. I highly recommend it.

12/11/2025: Margot Ristorante is a must visit! Food and service were exceptional and it’s a great atmosphere. Ask for Damiano, he will help you navigate the menu and is a true professional. Next time I’m in Rome, I will be back. Grazie!

11/11/2025: Wonderful evening!! Very cute place... a real gem in the Prati area. An experience to definitely repeat. The waiters were very kind and attentive to your every need. Perfect plating with extreme attention to detail. Everything was absolutely excellent. Thank you so much ☺️

02/11/2025: Really delicious food, and rarely have we had so much meat for such a good price. Very friendly waiter who even spoke English. Delicious tiramisu for dessert. The only thing that could be improved was if the lighting was a little more intimate (not so cozy with visible light bulbs)

04/10/2025: The wine and water arrived well after the appetizers, but not all of them were missing, with one never arriving. The first courses arrived after 30 minutes, but not all of them; one was missing, mine, which arrived at 3:07 PM. At the cashier, the lady—I think the owner—instead of apologizing said it was our fault because we had all arrived at the same time.

01/11/2025: For our first night at this restaurant, I was a little worried I wouldn't like anything anymore, but I loved the spaghetti with bacon, pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, the fries, and the sorbet. My brother had the carbonara, and my parents had the veal cutlet with radicchio and bacon. It was all delicious, and I know because I tried everything. 5-STAR RESTAURANT!

27/10/2025: We found this place by chance on Google and went there (two adults and an eight-year-old girl). After ordering our three pizzas and two beers, the maitre d' convinced us to first order a "light" appetizer (just to nibble on)... So he brought us a bottle of microfiltered water (which we hadn't asked for), a focaccia, a charcuterie board, three battered zucchini flowers, and a burrata. Finally, the pizzas (if you can call them that) arrived, and they looked and tasted almost undecent. The bill put the final nail in the coffin: the appetizer cost €24 + water and €8 cover charge. Total: €70. If you'd like to try it yourself, feel free to sit down... and give the maitre d' free rein.

05/10/2025: Elegant, courteous, and efficient staff. Traditional Roman cuisine is incredibly tasty and plentiful. One of the few osterias where you leave feeling satisfied and full. I'll be back. Highly recommended.

24/05/2025: Let's start with the positive things: the family atmosphere, the service, the house wine, the carbonara (one of the best I've ever eaten), the delicious coratella. The tripe, the oxtail and the boiled meatballs were good but average. Negative judgment for the pandorato but especially for the saltimbocca, immersed in the broth. Very good prices.

10/11/2025: Beautiful, spacious venue with private parking! Very helpful and accommodating staff! Prices perfectly in line with the quality of the food! Reasonable prices on the wine list. 07/11/2025: A unique experience. We tried the tasting menu, and every dish was a triumph of flavors and colors. Super fresh fish and a truly well-stocked wine cellar. The service lived up to expectations, always present and never intrusive. I recommend the tasting menu to sample numerous hot and cold dishes. The raw seafood is top-notch. Reserved parking and a very welcoming atmosphere. The desserts are delicious.
